This lovely, renovated Sun City home has beautiful, tranquil views of the golf course overlooking a pond with two fountains. Maximum occupancy is 4 people; 2 bedrooms (outfitted with King and Queen beds), 2 baths (one is ensuite) both have walk-in closets. And the convenience of a fully enclosed garage for parking your personal vehicle.
Throughout this clean home you are provided with all the essentials you would want and expect in a vacation rental. A formal dining area seats 8 with panoramic windows providing a view of the golf course and fountains.
Enjoy free Wi-Fi and a smart flat-screen TV in the living room as well as in the master bedroom.
The spacious outdoor patio area enables nightly grilling on the gas grill and, of course, watching the golfers in your own back yard. Our fenced-in backyard is a safe haven for your dog (2 dog limit) with a five-foot, decorative fence.
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and alarms are installed.
Within close proximity to several Recreation Centers throughout the community. The Sun City Recreation Centers offer monthly rental passes (with proof of Lease) which provide numerous amenities like indoor/outdoor pools, gym quality exercise equipment, tennis and pickle ball courts, as well as numerous other activities, and traditional public 18-hole golf courses (check golf pricing online).
The Sun City area is within close proximity (10 to 15 mins away from most attractions) of State Farm Stadium, Cactus League training facilities, Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex, Surprise Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, White Tank Mountains Regional Park (hiking and horseback riding trails), Avondale NASCAR Indy races, numerous community groups, lots of thrift shopping and many other activities within the community.

Comfortable house, nice location.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped, and just off the 12th hole of the North course. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located.

Wonderful Stay

This home has everything you need for a great stay. It’s comfy and cozy and the neighbors are nice. Quiet neighborhood with a nice view of the golf course. Would stay again here if available. Owner was always available to answer questions.

Golf Course Location

We had an awesome stay at this property. We loved the location and watching the golfers on the 12th hole of Sun City North Golf Course. Our host was easy to reach and always got back to me in a very timely manner. Very sad to leave.

Superb Sun City Location

We loved the golf course view & would like to stay again when we return to Sun City. The "south of Grand Avenue" location was great. Multiple times, I walked to 6 of the 7 rec/activity centers, Fry's grocery store plaza & Banner Olive Branch Senior Center. Loved that the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The living room recliners were so comfortable!

Christmas with my Family

We were very happy with the house. It was very clean and had a nice yard for our dog. We had a few small issues and they were resolved immediately by the owners. They were not aware of them so it really wasn't their fault. The neighbors were friendly when we walked the dog. We did see a few coyotes so we were very careful not to leave her outside alone. I felt we left the house very clean and I even did laundry for the next guests. I hope that helped the cleaning process. The neighborhood was easy to get around for stores and restaurants. We had a great visit with my family for Christmas. Thank you Linda & Tom. We would consider staying here thenext

Very nice home, quiet, comfortable, convenient location

This property is beautifully decorated and fully supplied. The furnishings and décor are so nice that it feels much more like a “home” that is cared about than like a “property”. The furniture is wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen is very nicely supplied with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. The dining area is separate from the kitchen, and the table provides a nice place to play cards as well as eat meals. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a second full bath located right outside the second bedroom. Cable TV in both living room and one bedroom features a selection of news and sports channels. A channel listing was provided which was very convenient. No DVD or Blue-Ray player, but TV has an HDMI connection and the wi-fi network was very good. The nicely landscaped backyard faces the golf course, providing a nice change of landscape, and the back patio is covered so that you can choose to sit in sun or shade at any times of the day. There is a two-car garage with entry directly into the house. The location is very quiet and convenient to grocery and drug stores. It is part of Sun City so you can use the recreation centers after signing up by showing your rental contract. We were very pleased with our stay here and it will be our first choice for future stays in Sun City.

Clean, Comfortable....

This was a pleasant stay in a senior community....Our Lab puppy enjoyed viewing golfers on the course and the ducks, etc. These folks made every effort to make our stay (of about a month) enjoyable and we would recommend them to our friends.. Thanks. We enjoyed morning walks up to Starbucks and the ease of shopping at nearby shopping centers. The many restaurants and easy access to major roadways around Phoenix further made our stay very good....

Why they chose this property

We loved the view of the golf course and fountains. The easy access to all amenities was another plus! We also loved the fact that the house had clearly always received TLC. It was in good condition and we make yearly improvements to keep it that way.

What makes this property unique

Sitting in the sunny warm weather, watching golfers and listening to the fountains on the nearby lake is very restful. We are so close with easy access to major through streets (Grand) and highways (I-101) that the entire Phoenix Valley is within easy reach.
