The Fairway Oasis: Chic 3BR w/ Pool and Golf Views

Sun City is a 55+ retirement community. At least one guest must be 55 or older. A government issued ID is required, prior to check-in, to verify age.

Unwind on the brand-new covered patio, fire up the BBQ island, or lounge by the stunning pool with golf course views.

This Sun City gem is built for leisure; from peaceful nights under the stars in the up-lit landscaped yard to a "chill" interior featuring new appliances, fresh decor, and a massive 85” Smart TV.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a curated record collection complete with phonograph, and board games.

Every detail is set for the ultimate relaxation and fun.


Important Notes
-To provide an additional layer of security for our guests, this property features an exterior security video doorbell and garage camera. There are no interior cameras.

-Although our cleaning staff takes every precaution to provide a clean environment for each of our guests, we assume no responsibility in the event that you or your guests contract Covid-19 during your stay at our home.

-This home is located in the fly-over zone for Luke Air Force Base, and you will occasionally hear the sounds of freedom from the jets training. Although we enjoy this special treat, this may be an item to consider prior to booking. We will not issue refunds due to complaints from the jet noise.

-Pets, of all shapes and sizes, are prohibited and may result in a termination of the booking without refund. Three propane tanks have been provided, however; supply of the propane is your responsibility.

-The thermostats have been set to maintain the house between 68 and 75 F.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Outdoor kitchen island w/ gas BBQ grill, mini refrigerator, seating for 4 and a shade umbrella, 2 additional seating areas w/ patio chairs and tables, swimming pool w/ deep end and diving board, newly landscaped with up lighting in front and back

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics & spices, Keurig pod coffee maker, blender, toaster

INDOOR LIVING: 2 flat-screen TVs (85” in living room and 42” in master suite), breakfast bistro table, dining table, casually elegant furniture, customized lighting throughout
GENERAL: Washer & Dryer, towels, linens, hair dryers, air-conditioner, ceiling fans throughout home, keyless entry
OFFICE: printer, shredder, small amount of supplies, stereo, CD player, board games
FAQ: 55+ older community, exterior surveillance,
PARKING: Garage (1 car garage) (driveway 2 cars). No overnight street parking, please.

Please note that all guests will need to sign and return the Pool waiver and release of liability form prior to checking in.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are you to disconnect the vacuum hose or remove the cleaning head from the pool.

Excellent Property

The house is very clean and spacious. Although I was by myself, it would be perfect for couples or a girls / guys getaway. Set up for entertaining, it has it all! If my husband had been with , we could have put a record on and played games in front of the large windows. Great set up! I still enjoyed it alone. I highly recommend!

Pleasent Stay in Sun City

The house was perfect for us. My mom is 93 and in a walker and, she was able to move around the spacious house real well. The large bathroom and shower worked well for her too. We use suction cup grabber and toilet assist handle bars and it was like she has it at home. The house was nice and clean, the back yard and pool were great. Having the 14th hole of Willow Creek golf course as a back yard is hard to beat. We walked the course each night after they had closed. The neighborhood is clean, quite and safe. We will check to see if this house is available the next time we plan to go to that area.

Fantastic Stay

We loved the house and location; perfect for Spring Training. Coming from the midwest we especially enjoyed the outdoor space and warm weather. The house, itself, was fully stocked and very comfortable. Would love to stay again.

Nice ranch on golf course

The house was very clean and roomy. The location on the 14th hole of the golf course was great. We enjoyed watching golfers come by. However, the mattress in the master bedroom has a lump in it about 1/3 the was from the top that runs the width of it. We were a little disappointed that we didn't investigate the pool enough to realize it was not heated.

Stayed a week here, enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers, beautiful weather!! Beds were pretty good, board games were provided inside. Close to restaurants! Property manager Chelsea was great to work with
