This newly updated home offers comfort and convenience in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished house including an outdoor grill area complete with BBQ and griddle, sink, and counter space to prepare your cocktails to enjoy under the covered patio. Our home has wireless internet, air conditioning, full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, electric fireplace, laundry, and 65" T.V. This 1100 sq foot home has a separate laundry area plus outdoor living. Carpet adds comfort in the bedrooms, and the recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms add a modern feel. Enjoy the comfort of a cozy home while vacationing or working in sunny Arizona!

- This unit is located in a retirement community and children under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay for more than 30 days. The Sun City community offers monthly rental passes/privilege card with Proof of Lease (30 day minimum) and one person aged 55+ for Sun City Rec centers which provide amenities such as a pool, fitness facility, tennis, pickleball, and numerous other activities, as well multiple golf courses (check golf pricing online). The house served us well while visiting in Sun City. It was close to one of the Rec Centers and golf courses. We really appreciate that it was clean and well-stocked like great beach towels and even a yoga mat! And we appreciated having access to the garage to store our bikes in. Easy improvements we'd suggest include a lighter to enjoy the candles and to start the grill with. Sharper knives for cooking and chopping. The house sits on a busy street but the online reviews mentioned that it was in a quiet neighborhood so the traffic noise came as a surprise (disappointing) to us.

Wonderful Place

We visit my mother often in Sun City and have stayed in a variety of vacation rentals. This is by far the best we have experienced. Beautifully remodeled, very well appointed with everything you might need. Great location. We hope we are able to stay here in the future

The house was cozy and exactly what our family needed for a week-long stay. We appreciated the recent renovations, updated appliances, and access to laundry. The beds were comfortable. Our kids especially loved the master bathroom shower. We enjoyed the patio and would’ve loved to grill if we had more time on our busy visit. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for us. The house provided basic things that were very convenient for a short stay or to get you started for an extended stay. Information about the house and local area was helpful and straightforward and though we didn’t need to contact the hosts at all, we felt they would have been easy to reach if needed. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect sunny getaway in beautiful updated home

We spent a month in this cozy, comfortable home. The home was nicely updated, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were very generous with everything, which made for a wonderful visit. The outdoor space had wonderful seating, a sink and grill. Travel Nurse Assignment in retirement

Had a wonderful 3 month stay in Sun City Arizona. We are a group of travel nurses and that means relocating about every three months. It was such a relief to find John and Cheris place so well equipped for our lifestyle. every amenity and furnishing that one could possibly want or need was available. All appliances functioned flawlessly and there was so many cozy blankets to utilize after a long work day. I also loved having a car port which allowed us to park our cars safely off the street. The Arizona room in the backyard portion was the perfect place to relax and unwind and grill!. I will always cherish the memories that we had at this property and out of all our homes that we've rented out this one has felt the most like home. Thank you John and Cheri!!!
