Lovely décor adorns this delightful three bedroom villa set in tropical gardens with a private pool, open kitchen, living room and dining room with vaulted ceilings, two air conditioned master bedroom suites with king beds and one air conditioned guest bedroom suite with two twin beds that can be made up as a king. Each bedroom has private en suite bathroom. Enjoy the views of the ocean and sunsets from the rooftop terrace or relax and unwind on your spacious outdoor poolside terraces. Daily housekeeping service is included (excluding Sundays). Dedicated lounge chairs and umbrellas reserved for our guests on the beach, 5 minutes easy walk from the villa. Walking distance to many of Anguilla's most popular beach-side restaurants. Our concierge can assist with arranging rental vehicles, dinner and activities reservations, babysitting and pre-arrival provisioning.

Great beach vacation!

Wow was amazing ! Cathrine and her team were beyond helpful with grocery shopping, restaurant reservations and beach recommendations. Location of the house was great- 2 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home!

We stayed at Coconut Palm for two weeks- first week with family including three children under 6 years old. The second week was adults only. This is a perfect location for all ages with easy walk to Mead's Bay and many terrific restaurants. House was beautifully furnished with all amentities. Rental staff and housekeepers were very responsive. Couldn't have been better!

This property was lovely, clean and perfectly located for our group.

This rental was beautiful. Catherine, Beverly and Momo went the extra mile tending to our every request and need in a timely manner. It was well stocked with all necessities. The extras that were available came in handy, ie: bug spray, first aid kit and sunscreen. The kitchen was very well equipped and bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Replenished clean towels (shower and beach) and linens each day. We enjoyed the pool and pool deck, there were plenty chairs and tables to make us all comfortable. We would happily stay again. Thank you!

Fantastic property, location, amenities

We enjoyed a full week stay at this fabulous villa just off of Meads Bay Beach. The location allows for ocean and spectacular sunset views and is at most a leisurely two minute stroll to the beach. The villa itself is gorgeous, well appointed and stocked all around, and has generous living spaces. The private pool was a delight - especially at the end of the day! The kitchen is very well equipped (lots of glasses!) and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are spacious and well thought out and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Each master has a locking safe, hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, etc. The bathrooms were also beautifully done and the bath towels were high quality, lush material. There are plentiful good quality beach towels, and the private chairs, umbrellas and tables on the beach were great. They are located right in between Malliouhana and Carrimar, which is a nice quiet space where you have plenty of privacy and are not sitting on top of lots of other people. Meads Bay Beach is one of the prettiest on the entire island, and the location at the end is perfect. The villa offers maid service 6 days/week and optional laundry service. Having the washers/dryers was very nice, as you don't have to travel home with yucky clothes! The villa also has an extremely helpful booklet of information, as well as snorkeling gear and additional beach chairs. Free tennis is available at the Carrimar courts. The management company was very responsive and will pre-stock food, make dinner and excursion arrangements and pre-book transfer pickups and rental cars as needed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, would highly recommend this delightful villa and have already booked again for next year!
