HOUSE FOR 4 PEOPLE
Very pleasant villa with south-facing swimming pool not overlooked for 4/6 people in a quiet subdivision, near the village with many shops (bakery, mini-market, butcher's shop, press), medical center (pharmacy, doctor), dentist, nurse, etc. . Municipal park, bowling alley, tennis court.
The house is 30 km from the sea (Gruissan, Narbonne Plage) 2 km from the Canal du Midi, 10 km from Narbonne, 7 km from Lézignan Corbières. Many sites to visit, Carcassonne, Minerve; Fontfroide Abbey etc ...
Possibility of installing an electrically inflatable extra bed for 2 people.
Ps: pool terrace under construction, will be ok for this summer.
