Completely renovated ! This beautiful one bedroom apartment will seduce you with its perfect location and its oversized terrace overlooking the garden. The 730 square feet is very well divided into an open space including the living/dining/kitchen aria with brand new kitchen cabinets and granite counters and a big one bedroom with a king size bed having direct access to the bathroom and the big walking closet. You will find 2 flat screen TVs , one in the bedroom and one in the living room ( both with HD boxes for a incredible visual clarity) and a queen sleeper sofa for a comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. Everything you need is included: high speed internet, USA and Canada unlimited calls, linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, etc. You will also find a “in unit” washer and dryer facility.

PS : If there is just one thing that we learned in the past year is : the necessity of Travel INSURANCE
We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance before your arrival. Your insurance should cover acts of god ( hurricane, etc.), and all other issues that may affect your trip : loosing your flight/flight connection, getting sick before your departure or during your stay, etc. Your vacation is the joyful moment of the year , do not spoil it 😜:) !

Great location - less than 15 mins from the Blue Jays stadium. Close to groceries and some nice family restaurants. Very clean and organized. King size bed (great sheets and pillows), W/D, nice outdoor patio were a plus. Well stocked with everything you could need. Extra towels and bedding were nice as we stayed 2 weeks.

Very nice condo unit and great location

The condo is exactly as described. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Nice quiet gated community. The pool was nice. We had very pleasant conversations with other guests and owners. Very friendly place all around. Very close stores and restaurants. Abes next door is a family style restaurant and bar with an extensive menu. The parking lot was always full during lunch and dinner. A new Publix grocery store is being built across the street which will be very convenient once completed. Looks like they just started the project though. Highly recommend this condo.

We are so sorry to hear you had hot water issues! The unit is equipped with 38 gallons hot water tank snd nobody complained missing hot water. The entire complex is ussing the same hot water tanks. It is unfortunate you didn’t let us know during your stay: we live in the same complex, we provide our personal mobile number and we take care of our guests 24/7. Unfortunately, we can’t fix what we are not aware off ( if it was a problem) . Kind regards, Cristina

1224 S Missouri - Avalon

We had an excellent week at our condo in Avalon. The owner was very informative before arrival and during our stay if we had a question or problem, she was on it. The condo is remodeled and has everything you would need. Newer appliances and renovated bathroom. Only thing I would suggest is to add something in the shower to hang your shampoo and soaps. We had to set them on the floor, and it was a little awkward, but we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you.

Wonderful Place

It was our first time coming to Clearwater. Everything was as advertised. The place was clean. They thought of everything. We had coffee, a care package that included everything we needed to wash clothes, there were beach towels, beach chairs...I can go on and on. The place was comfortable and close to the beach and other activities. We were truly impressed and the next time we come down this way we hope to stay here again.

Quiet condos; short drive to the beach

Great little place for a couples getaway. Travelled to the area for my honeymoon with my husband. When we walked in the host even had rose petals, candles and wine sitting out for us. Lovely little beach unit. Drive to Clearwater beach was only 15 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Stunning condo

This property is beautiful and very clean. The owners are so helpful and respond immediately. The pool and grounds are well kept and a wonderful relaxing place. It's a short 4 mile drive to Clearwater Beach. A lot of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops nearby. I'd highly recommend Kahwa coffee in Dunedin. 🌞 Can't wait to visit again! Even my teens loved the area and didn't complain once.😁

Clean and comfortable

This property is very clean and well kept. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed for meal preparation. The pool is just a 2-minute walk from the unit. There is a Publix grocery store right across the street. We drove to the beach for dinner every night. It took us 10-15 minutes. The owner added very nice touches...a selection coffee pods for each day we were there, and a welcome basket with laundry detergent/dryer sheets/garbage bags. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper (nice to not have to buy those upon arrival)! Very nice condo for an affordable price.

Private getaway

My girlfriend and I rented this condo for 8 days, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is close to beaches, all the stores you’ll need, activities to do, etc. Cristina and her husband were VERY reliable hosts, and met all of our needs. The condo is full of everything you’ll need like a home away from home... We will definitely be back here again and we truly do recommend staying here.

The property was perfect for our week vacation. It was a great location, with everything we needed just a short drive away. Very nice place

We were looking for a place to stay that was close to Clearwater beach and Cristina’s condo looked so beautiful in the pictures. The place was just like the pictures! The bed was so comfortable, the ac was perfect, and the place was very clean! We didn’t do any cooking but if you want they have everything you need to prepare meals. We felt safe and parked right in front of the unit. Cristina was always available and responded very quickly although we really didn’t need to connect with her very much. We had absolutely no issues!

Vacation in Paradise

We just came back from staying in this condo for the month of March. The place was absolutely beautiful and looks just like the pictures displayed. We slept like babies on the heavenly king bed provided. The layout of the condo is perfect and so comfortable for a short or long stay. The owner Cristina was so wonderful to deal with. She thought of everything in decorating and setting up the place. Everything is top of the line. The location was close to the pool but far enough away that it was very quiet. We woke up to sunshine each day and enjoying our meals on the balcony. Would definitely go back there again. It felt like our home away from home. Thank you Cristina for making our month an unforgettable one.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was modern and updated. Everything you need in kitchen is available. Condo was very clean, inviting and quiet. Linens and beach chairs, umbrella were also provided and very nice to have. Would definitely stay in this condo again.
