White Spar Cottages Near Whiskey Row, Prescott Courthouse. Large Parking Area.

The cottage is a 1940"s remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage that has everything you will need to make you feel right at home. The master has a queen and the second bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle. Fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances and all the amenities you will need. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, the living room has a leather sofa, there are 2 Flat-screen tvs with satellite, WiFi, front porch, back yard with gas grill. It is IMPORTANT that you take the time to read the rules about our check-in time.
Shared items: chimenea , picnic table, toys, cruiser bikes, and games. There is a Safeway grocery store across the street. Eight-tenths of a mile from the famous Whiskey Row with bars like the Bird Cage, Matts's Saloon, and Jersey Lillys Saloon just to name a few. Prescott Courthouse Plaza hosts events like arts and crafts shows, summer concert series along with street dances, 4th of July Parade celebrating the world's oldest rodeo, Christmas Courthouse Lighting, Christmas Parade, Acker Music Night just to name a few. You are a 10-minute drive from the Prescott National Forest, Goldwater and Lynx Lakes, Lynx Creek Ruins, and many hiking and biking trails.
This unit is on the same property with another vacation rental and there could be other guests staying there during your stay. The property is 3/4 of an acre so there is plenty of room.

Perfect home away from home

So thankful we chose Rich and Peggy’s place to stay at while getting our daughter moved into college. It had everything we could need and the place really felt like a home away from home. They are just great people too! Provided us with great local advice of places to go. Definitely plan to come back to see our girl and will try to stay here again.

This is a cute and peaceful home. if you're looking to not be in the center of whiskey row but close enough to go hang out, then this is the place for you! We loved it and will be staying there every time we are in town! Our Hosts, Rich and Peggy were awesome and very welcoming! 5Stars all the way!

Great little spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Rich & Peggy. The property is clean and well appointed. The decor is very comfortable and we didn't want for anything. They even provided lots of extras (coffee, spices, soap, etc.) to make it feel even more like home! The kids loved the daybed / trundle option in the second bedroom. It worked out great for them! We goofed up on our departure time and while I felt horrible, Rich was so friendly and accommodating about it. It was a great visit!

Hidden Little Gem

Rich was super friendly and greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a quick tour of the cottage. He also recommended a different route home, which was less windy for my 12 year old daughter who gets motion sickness. It was much appreciated. We really enjoyed our short 2 day stay at your cottage. We wish we could have stayed longer. We travel to Prescott several times a year and were so happy to find your place. The cabin is clean, cozy and spacious. Our family of four fit comfortably and appreciated the attention to detail. The thoughtfulness you have put into the cottage is certainly noticed, such as the biscotti biscuits we enjoyed with our coffee, games we all played, face towels for make up removal, extra bikes, chairs and so much more. We did not get to use the outside fire pit area because of the snow, but we are hoping to return during the spring and summer so we can sit outside and enjoy the large property. Rich had also mentioned the other cottage on the property and I was hoping to get some more information on that in case we want to travel with some friends in the future? Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We hope to return again soon. Happy New Year!
