Bright & spacious newly remodeled 3-bedroom and 2-bath private home close to everything.
New Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, and outdoor patio area ready for you to enjoy after experiencing beautiful Prescott.
3 separate bedrooms: A master with bathroom and queen bed, a second bedroom with queen bed and sliding glass door onto the patio, and the third is a large bedroom set up for kids with 2 twin beds, a smart TV, and a sofa. Large fenced-in yard. Plenty of parking space.
Other things to note:
We welcome dogs but do require a $50 pet fee. Please make sure to select PET and number on the registration page.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and put them away.

Make sure propane tank is off on grill and fire pit. Put covers on and replace grill next to house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very close to Embry Riddle aeronautical University

Wonderful stay for Thanksgiving visiting our son at Embry Riddle. Easily cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for three with nicely stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay there again when visiting our son since it is so close to campus. Cozy and very comfortable.

Great house close to everything

We loved the house as it was close to family and stores. House was clean and had everything we needed.We took a star off because the master bedroom bed was extremely firm and gave us backaches.

Good times

This place was awesome! Great location and a really fun floor plan. There was plenty of space to kick back and relax. The bedrooms were roomy and quiet, perfect for a nap or some downtime. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook or grill a full meal. Great patio for grilling. Had a good sunroom as well, but it was a little too warm to use during the day. It was just a quick drive to the Square for shopping, food and entertainment. The host was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely keep this spot in mind for our next trip.

Great Location

Nice little house in established neighborhood, has been updated. Comfortable and well-stocked. Manager responded very quickly to all questions. Location was perfect for our needs: about 5 mins to downtown, WalMart, numerous restaurants and a local park. An older kitchen with no disposal or automatic dishwasher, but everything else worked fine. Would return in the future.
