Whether you are visiting Prescott for an event or for its nature, this spacious and cozy 2 bed 2 bath is in the perfect location for any guest. It is exactly 1.5 miles from downtown Prescott, a 2 minute drive to the nearest hiking and biking trails, and a block away from a Safeway and restaurants. It also has a fenced yard where you can lock your mountain bikes along with a BBQ, cornhole, and a fire pit, so don’t forget the s’mores!

Recently updated home, new appliances and remodeled bathrooms. Open kitchen concept into living room with washer and dryer access and full bathroom off living room. Down the hallway you will access the two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, walk in closet, makeup station with full bathroom and walk in shower. 2nd bedroom features queen bed with reading chair and double door closet.

The backyard features a BBQ, Fire pit, Lounge chairs + table and seating for meals. The yard is fully fenced and very pet friendly.

You will have access to the entire home and complete privacy. You will receive a check-in code on the day of your arrival when the home is clean and ready :)

This house is 1.5 miles from downtown and 1 mile from the beginning of many hiking and biking trails (including Frog Falls!). It has a fenced driveway, a large fenced backyard, is pet friendly, and is located in a quiet neighborhood with a creek across the street.

This house is one block away from a main road, making traveling very easy.

The house was very cute. Beds were comfortable. Close to downtown. Funky smell from laundry room, stained carpet in doorway of master bedroom and a mouse running around in kitchen were only negatives.

The house was as pictured. It was very clean and the owner does not give you a long list of things to do before you check out, with very simple requests. Easy check in and out. The primary bed was comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard and driveway. Quiet neighborhood with nice, relatively private, outdoor seating to take in the breeze. We would stay again.

Nice Getaway

The home was very clean, top to bottom. Yard was fenced, so perfect for our dog. Instructions were clear. The yard needed some attention, as lots of weeds popping up. Other than that, all good.

Peaceful getaway

We spent two nights here with a few family members and our Shepard mix pup. The house is beautiful, clean and cozy with a wonderful fenced yard. Very dog friendly property and hosts. The hosts communicated very well and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect Long Weekend

Great Stay

We'd return in a minute, the house look just like it was presented on-line, clean and in working order. Just perfect for our first visit to Prescott. The owners replied to ever request with in minutes, making for a very easy stay!

Great location

The house was really nicely renovated and clean. It had everything you need for a couple of people. I liked that it allows dogs, there was a fenced in yard and dog bowls made available. Those small touches were great. The neighborhood was quiet.

Great Location

This property is located near lots of the outdoor activities that Prescott has to offer. Allowing family pets was a welcoming bonus and all of the amenities that this property provides such as fenced yard, dog toy's, sanitary bags and dog dishes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our visit to Prescott!

Holiday spirit

Darling place! We stayed for the courthouse lighting and celebration. The cottage was so cozy and decorated for the holiday. Very easy walking distance to town. Bed was very comfortable and cottage was well appointed. Can’t wait to return Thank you!

Birthday Stay

We have 2 couples one of each celebrating birthdays. The house was great, the location was the bomb. Yard was great for our dog, he loved having the run of the yard to watch all the people out walking. Will be back!
