• The Second Floor (The Hub): An expansive, sun-drenched living area with wrap-around balconies perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. Features a private Master Suite with an ensuite bath, a large dining area, and a grill for alfresco meals.
• The First Floor (The Suite): A self-contained space featuring 3 large bedrooms, a full bath, and its own separate kitchenette. Ideal for grandparents or a second family wanting their own morning routine.
Amenities for the Perfect Stay:
• Beach Ready: We provide chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Just bring your towels!
• Chef’s Essentials: Two of everything! Both floors feature a Keurig, microwave, and fridge. Plus, a margarita maker and blender for happy hour.

Great property to host family and friends. Spacious with lots of rooms. Upstairs is super nice, big space to relax and entertain, nice decks around to enjoy the views. Great beach access across. We have enjoyed our stays and would return to the property. Thank you.

Everything you could ask for including just steps to the beach. House has room to spread out. Bright, open concept kitchen, dining, family room - just beautiful….nice outdoor space to enjoy as well. Host was beyond helpful and gracious with everything. Had the best time making memories!

Clean, private beach access

Clean and sanitized for our arrival. House is clutter-free, open layout ideal for families to spread out, very well stocked and has every convenience you can think of. Beach access is across the street and not crowded because it's part of homeowners' association. Appreciate landlord's flexibility on moving arrival dates
