Both bathrooms are fit with custom cabinetry and natural stone and marble countertops.The oversized third bedroom boasts floor to ceiling windows and expansive closet space with two full-size beds.

The screened and tiled back patio provides you with a comfortable outdoor dining and lounging area, and the completely fenced back yard has been planted with lush tropical landscaping for you to enjoy the outdoors with privacy.

There is a one car garage and private driveway for convenient parking, as well. The home is fully stocked with all kitchen necessities, bedding and linens, bath and beach towels, beach toys including chairs and umbrella, a gas BBQ grill, wifi and TV with multiple movie channels.

Nice Naples Unit

This was a great house for our Naples vacation. Quiet neighborhood close to beaches. Very nice interior and outside screened porch. Plenty of beach toys and chairs to borrow. Only downside is that it is NOT within reasonable walking distance of beach, you have to drive if bringing stuff to beach. There is a convenient parking garage at Vanderbilt Beach, so that worked out good. Also, they are currently installing new gas/sewer services in this neighborhood, so some road closures from time to time. Overall very nice, and would recommend.

Additionally, outdoor and water activities and rentals are available close by at Delnor-Wiggins State Park and other neighborhood shopping plazas.
