Relaxing and Quiet

Quality home served our all ages, indoor/outdoor spaces, dog needs -food/water station, good fencing, doggie door for day-stay aged ones. Kitchen & bbq released our inner chef.

Beautiful Mountain Get-Away

Thank you to Mark for sharing his beautiful home with us! We enjoyed 12 peaceful days in this lovely mountain home. The home very comfortably accommodated our adult children and two dogs. We spent our time in the hot tub under the stars, hiking the mountain trails, and walking the short 15 minutes to the gondola to ride into Breckenridge - and it was a joy to find such a well-stocked kitchen! Mark was helpful and responsive and answered all our questions. It was an exceptional home and a wonderful vacation!

Great vacation

Property overall was clean and listing was accurate. Though a mention of it being located on a gravel road would have been helpful to know on what to expect in terms of managing open windows in summer (layers of dust inside the house) and the layers of dust on the cars. They did water down the road a couple times per day to manage within the community, which helped. Had an issue with the fridge that we were able to address effectively by contacting owner which was met with prompt response. Would stay again based on our overall pleasant experience.

Breckenridge Family Time

Mark's property was perfect for our family vacation. The location and amenities were exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed the salt water hot tub under the pine trees after a long day of exploring Breckenridge and vicinity. We made daily use of the pool table, dart board along with the flat screen TV's in every room. Communication with Mark was simple and quick and contributed to a seamless check in and check out process. Additionally the fenced in yard was a HUGE plus for us as it gave our Dog room to run around when we weren't taking him for walks through the lovely mountain neighborhood. We had a great time!!
