Ground floor: large living room with fireplace and separate kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace.
1 studio-cabin consisting of a boudoir equipped with a bed in 140, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Small outbuilding, bicycles and sea kayak available (their use is under the full responsibility of the tenants).

Es war wie auch im letzten Sommer wunderbar. Karine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, das Haus ist schön und grosszügig eingerichtet. Vor allem der Garten war perfekt für unsere beiden Hunde und die tolle Terrasse konnten wir jeden Tag nutzen. Die kurzen Wege zum Strand sind ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine gute Zeit mit traurigem Nachspiel...

Kein Parkplatz für einen Kombi, bestenfalls für einen Kleinwagen; intensiv nach Schimmel riechender Herd; keine Fahrräder, wie angekündigt; defekte Innen-Türschlösser; verletzungsgefährdende Terrassendielung; ungereinigter Grill mit durchgeglühten Rosten.Sehr schöne Aussicht, obwohl direkt an der Haupteinflugstraße zur »Ile Grande« gelegen. Bis zum Reiseantritt und beim «Check-in» wurde nichts davon erwähnt, dass der Gast eine Endreinigung durchführen soll - was uns im Nachhinein für 300 in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Es erfolgte auch keine direkte Übergabe des Objektes bei der Abreise, bei der Unklarheiten, wie zur Frage der Reinigung, hätten vermieden werden können.Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt über drei Wochen bei fabelhaftem Wetter, da das Haus von innen wie außen schön anzusehen ist.

Wunderbar

Wir sind zu dritt mit 2 Hunden gereist. Obwohl das Wetter in der ersten Woche nicht so toll war, war es ein super Ort. Durch den eingezäunten Garten, der sehr liebevoll angelegt war und üppig blühte, konnten wir uns viel draussen aufhalten, mit Meerblick essen und mit unseren Hunden spielen. Karine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und empfing uns sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht, und vieles mehr (top ausgestattete Küche). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sejour en juin calme et tranquillité assuré

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le bel accueil de Karine et aimé les points fort de la maison : bien placée avec une jolie terrasse nous avons bien profité des dîners au coucher du soleil.

Emplacement et vue mer au top

La maison est agréable mais a besoin de quelques remises en état en cette fin de saison. La notion de studio indépendant mentionné dans l'annonce est quelque peu usurpée, mais nous n'en avions pas l'utilité L'arrière de la maison et l'abri mériteraient un bon déblayage. La terrasse est agréable mais malheureusement la météo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter Un séjour très agréable

Maison chaleureuse sur un site exceptionnel

On se sent bien dans la maison, la terrasse est très confortable avec une vue magnifique, on peut s'y attabler jusqu'à 10 personnes sans problème. La circulation dans la rue (unique voie d'accès à l'Ile) peut être très intense par moments, mais le jardin est surélevé donc cela n'empêche pas de prendre le soleil en toute tranquillité.

Perfekter Ort, um sich zu erholen

Karine hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist ein Ort der Ruhe, obwohl es an der Durchgangsstrasse gelegen ist. Die große Terrasse haben wir sowohl morgens als auch abends sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bonnes vacances passées sur l’île belle chez Karine

Maison très bien située et grande. Nous avons bien profité de la superbe terrasse vue mer et très bien exposée équipée de transat, table de jardin et d’un barbecue. Les plages ne sont pas loin à pied. Les chambres ont une belle vue mer. Maison bien équipée, quelques éléments à remplacer (porte placard évier, baignoire) mais cela n’enlève rien au reste. Nous n’avons pas pu rencontrer Karine car nous avons dû écourter notre séjour pour raisons familiales mais les échanges avec elle étaient très sympathiques et Karine s’est montré très gentille. Je recommande cette location! L’île grande est très jolie et les plages également. Par ailleurs pas loin en voiture de tregastel et ploumanach. Très bon séjour.

Un excellent séjour de fin d’année

L’environnement est superbe. Les balades innombrables. La maison est chaleureuse, claire, joyeuse, facile à vivre, bien équipée et chauffée, sans compter l’insert facile d’usage et une grande quantité de bois à disposition : de belles soirées au coin du feu ! Ayant séjourné en hiver, nous n’avons pu profiter réellement de la très belle terrasse végétalisée mais la vue est très belle depuis la maison aussi. L’accueil de Karine est chaleureux, elle apporte de bons conseils et elle est très réactive : cela fait plaisir de voir qu’elle souhaite vraiment que les vacanciers passent un bon séjour.

Maison très sympathique, claire, joyeuse, facile à vivre. Terrasse végétalisée très réussie avec jolie vue sur baie. Karine et Olivier sont absolument charmants, très accueillants et aux petits soins. La région est splendide.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison à Grande Île. L accueil de la propriétaire est très agréable et convivial. La maison est très bien située, propre et très bien équipée. Balade , plage et détente au programme dans un superbe environnement.

Juste magnifique

La maison est un petit havre de paix. Avec ses chambres vue mer , sa cuisine bien orientée également, le jardin largement suffisant pour nos deux toutous gentiment acceptés par Karine en plus de longues promenades en faisant le tour de l'île. La terrasse avec son coin relax .. Bref nous avons passé avec mes enfants un séjour topissime . L accueil de Karine et son conjoint en totale adéquation avec la qualité de leur maison et l idéal de vie de cette petite bourgade . Je recommande mais pas trop car nous y retournerons pour vaquer nus pieds sur la terrasse en admirant la mer .

Nous avons passé un bien agreable Noël dans cette maison chaleureuse, entre belles decouvertes de la cote de granit rose, de l ile Grande et les soirees au coin du feu. Belle experience en famille. N oublions pas l accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Karine.

Le calme, la mer accessible tout autour, de belles lumières...et un endroit cocon, repos près du feu pour de beaux moments partagés en famille.
