It is located in the heart of PERROS GUIREC close to the beach of Trestraou (you can do everything on foot: your shopping, the beach, restaurants ...).

This charming family house has:
-Beautiful sea view 100 m from the beach of Trestraou.
In a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the city center and beaches. You can park your car in front of the house (free parking) There are always places available.
Beautifully decorated in the style of the seaside, this beautiful villa offers all the comforts for a few weeks of vacation and discovery with family or friends.

Great house in perfect location. Right in the heart of the town and ten minutes walk to the beach, yet very quiet. The house manager was very pleasant and responsive - we had a problem with the electricity on the last night and he came immediately. Two things would have bumped the score to a 5: more comfortable mattresses (very firm) and an information folder about the house, eg wifi code, location of fuse box (then we could have sorted the problem ourselves!) etc.

This home was perfect for our family! Just a block away from the main streets oof charming Perros-Guirec, with its shops and services, and a short walk to the beach of Trestarou. Communications with the host were excellent. The house was well-appointed in general. The beds were especially comfortable, and I appreciated having a bedroom on the ground floor. My ideal vacation home!

Das Ferienhaus liegt absolut günstig in Perros-Guirec, bis zum Strand sind es ca. 15 - 30 Fußminuten. Die Infrastruktur ist in ca. 5 - 10 Minuten erreichbar, wie Bäckerei, Fleischerei, Supermärkte, Souvenirläden und Bushaltestelle etc. Das Haus ist mit seinen drei Stockwerken ca. 110 qm groß und beeindruckt durch seine Schlichtheit, die in anderen Bewertungen erwähnte Treppe ist für Gehbeeinträchtigte mühsam, aber ansonsten gut zu händeln. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer ist grandios. Der gegenüber liegende Parkplatz hat sich akustisch nicht bemerkbar gemacht , dafür eher die Wanderer, da das Haus direkt am beliebten Wanderweg GR 34 liegt. Das Equipment ist ausreichend, die Geräte (Ausnahme: Mikrowelle) funktionieren tadellos. In Perros-Guirec kann man eine Menge unternehmen, baden, Schiffstouren, Wandern, im Dorf und Hafen flanieren, empfehlenswert sind Fahrradtouren in der Umgebung (es gibt Verleiher im benachbarten Tregastel), E-Bikes sind anzuraten, für Ausflüge kann man Bus, Bahn und Taxi nutzen, lohnenswerte Ausflüge sind Lannion, Brest (etwas untypisch…) und vor allem Morlaix. Meine Frau und ich haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Für zwei Leute super, für vier (Familie mit Kindern!) auch gut, mit mehr Menchen könnte eng werden.

Wunderbar

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, nur die Dunstabzugshaube hatte keine erkennbare Wirkung. Gegessen haben wir immer im Obergeschoss, wo man vom Esstisch aus einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Sept Îles hat. Die Treppe ist keineswegs zu eng, wie manche Bewertung suggeriert. Man kann sie auch mit einem Tablett oder Koffer in der Hand bequem benutzen. Die Lage ist prima, mit Parkplätzen vor der Tür und wirklich allen Geschäften in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Geht man die Straße hinunter ist der schöne Strand von Trestraou mit seiner Promenade in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.

Hervorragend

Das Haus ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Bezüglich der Ausstattung gab es keinen Mangel, es war insbesondere genügend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Der Ausblick aus den oberen Stockwerken ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt. Zum größeren Strand sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten, in die kleine Ortschaft mit netten Geschäften und Lokalen gelangt man in 2 Minuten. Perros-Guirec eignet sich sehr gut, um die Gegend in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es eindeutig weiterempfehlen!

Bonne situation, jolie maison mais très sonore

Jolie Petite maison, bien entretenue, accès plage et centre ville rapide. Inconvénients, les escaliers sont étroits, la sonorité à tous les étages, car ce sont des anciens parquets et le 1er réveillé qui se déplace réveille tout le monde. Il n’est pas mentionné dans le descriptif que les draps sont à la location. Côté Gazinière, 1 feu ne fonctionnait pas.

Perros-Guirec, ein wunderschöner Ort

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral, Ortsmitte und Strand sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Wohnbereich ist auf 3 Stockwerke über 2 schmale Treppen verteilt. Der 1. Stock ist wunderschön mit Meeresblick. Die Schlafzimmer und auch die Doppelbetten sind sehr klein und eng. Stellen zum Nachbessern sind vorhanden. Der Mietpreis bis Anfang September bewegt sich auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir unseren Urlaub genossen.

Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Komplett ausgestattet. Allerdings ist der 1. und 2. Stock nur über relativ steile Treppen zu erreichen. Ideal für 4 Personen.

Rosa Granitküste im Oktober

Sehr sauberes, charmant eingerichtetes Haus; gute Küchenausstattung; tolle Lage: Meerblick wie auf den Fotos gezeigt, Ortszentrum und Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen. Treppensteigen über 2 Etagen hält fit, ist aber vielleicht nicht für jedermann. Ort selbst ist sehr schön und bietet sich auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung an. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Wir hatten im Oktober eine Woche Sonne pur bei sommerlichen Temperaturen, keinen Wind und Wellen, vermutlich nicht typisch für die Bretagne um diese Zeit. Wir kommen wieder!

Bon emplacement mais petites pièces

Très bel emplacement, à la fois de la plage et des commerces du centre. Seul bémol : deux chambres doubles minuscules, difficile d’y caser un couple, et les lits doubles sont tout petits. Salle de bain petite aussi. Manque d’équipements par ailleurs : ni carafe d’eau ni égouttoir. Et beaucoup d’escaliers à monter entre les trois niveaux.

Coquette villa avec vue sur mer

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, maison plein de charme et confortable. Située à 2 pas du centre ville et ses commerces avec une très jolie vue sur mer et les îles environnantes. Nous recommandons.
