The contemporary house is new and located on the island Grande, room of life 40m2, 6 People, 2Sdb, 2wc,, 3 rooms, wooden terrace of 50m2, 3 big picture windows.
Ideally located between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden.
The trail of the customs officers that makes the tour of the island and the beach are very close to the house.
Convenience store (grocery bakery bar restaurant) accessible on foot, nautical base 300 m from the house, beach at 200m.

Zwei feine Urlaubswochen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf der einzigartigen Île Grande in einem sehr geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichteten Haus, das nun schon ein paar Jahre alt ist, in dem wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage des sehr ruhig gelegenen Feriendomizils ist ideal für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die sehenswerte nähere und weitere Umgebung. Leider gibt es kein Geschäft mehr auf der Insel, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Trebeurden ist allerdings in wenigen Minuten mit dem PKW erreichbar. Der Check-In litt lediglich darunter, dass bei FeWo-direkt zwar die Straße, aber keine Hausnummer angegeben war. Der sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter lief uns aber entgegen als wir suchten - prima und danke! Wäre das Haus 2025 in der für uns passenden Zeit noch frei gewesen, hätten wir gerne wieder gebucht.

Mes enfants et moi même avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Très belle maison à côté de la très belle plage de Toulgwen. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Nous reviendrons.

Neues, helles Haus in idealer Lage auch für Wassersport

+ sehr gute Küchenausstattung + viel Platz im Haus, große Terrasse + großes Bad + nicht weit zum schönen Sandstrand + sehr ruhige Lage + Garage für Fahrräder + sehr gutes WLAN - schmale Betten (typisch in Frankreich) - leider keine internationalen Fernsehsender

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée, où rien ne nous a manqué. Merci aux propriétaire pour l’accueil. Elle est idéalement située pour se balader le long des sentiers côtiers. A refaire en été !

Maison neuve fonctionnelle et proche de la plage

La maison est neuve et très bien équipée, lumineuse et bien insonorisée. A 3mn à pied de la plage agréable de toul gwenn. Nous avons passé 1 semaine avec notre fille de 2 ans, c'était parfait malgré un temps breton. Point à améliorer : ajouter des transats sur la terrasse.
