This property has been completely remodeled to give you the modern amenities and luxuries of a 5 star hotel. This home takes you back to 1940’s Balboa Island. The minute you step inside the front door, you’ll notice the details, from the original wood floors to the charming gas fireplace. This unit has a front house with 2 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room / dining room area to enjoy! A garage for parking your vehicle, perfect during the summer months! AC and Wifi throughout the home.
The back unit is a separate loft area with 2 bunk beds ( sleeps 4 ). This loft has a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It’s a great home for two couples to share, especially if they have children. A perfect spot for kids to hang out, with it’s large television and Xbox system.
If your looking for a quiet, relaxing, luxurious home to getaway, then this cottage is perfect for you.

I’ve always loved the simpler times. This home makes me feel good, like I stepped into the past. Of course, it’s fully equipped with all the modern technology of today.
Our goal was to try and make our guests feel the charm back when this home was built. Built in 1938, with all the precious details. We restored the original hardware and fixtures. We even decorated the home with photographs that were taken during 1940’s Balboa. Our place has style and class. It’s cozy and comfortable. Not to mention, all our linens and beds are luxury, 5 star.
