Please note pet friendly guests, VRBO does not include pet fee in their check out quote to you. The fee is $125 per pet, 2 pets maximum and breed restricted, no aggressive animals such as pitbulls terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows & mastiffs. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Its within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach. Very clean and spacious place. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Great location

Great place to stay! A few houses down from the beach was great. No busy road to cross! The house is spacious and the bedrooms are a nice size. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance and the pier is close by. Would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Cute house, great location

Nice well appointed house very close to the beach and restaurants. This place was perfect for our trip- it was comfortable and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was very well supplied as well with everything you would need to cook! Definitely recommend this place.

The PERFECT mini Vacation

Perfect Location, steps from the sand, Publix was right down the road, beach shop across the street. The townhome was very clean and cozy. I would defiantly stay here again!!

Great Trip

This was our second year in a row staying in this home and we had a great time. You truly can't beat the location and the home has everything you could need. Tons of restaurants and ice cream within walking distance.

Quick Spring Weekend at St. Aug Bch

Plenty of space, could easily accommodate for more people than advertised, but only set for 6. Well maintained and clean property. 100 yards and you’re on the beach. Another 150 yards and you’re still on the beach, but closer to the water. Convenient access to the beach and going back and forth if required. Restaurants and stores nearby. Would stay again.
