XVII house with pool, 6 adults

This house dating from the seventeenth century was completely restored in period style: stone walls, tiles floors terracotta, old fireplaces and exposed beams.
It is located in the heart of Perigord in a quiet rural hamlet without modern houses in the middle of open spaces on the edge of the forest.

On the ground floor (two large rooms and a bathroom) kitchen with dining area, large living room / dining room, bathroom with toilet and laundry.

First floor (3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC): 2 bedrooms with bed 140, 1 room with 2 beds 120, and enough space for extra beds.

Garage, garden furniture, small pond full of fish (fishing allowed).

Churchill family

Comfortable spacious rustic property perfect for our family, 4 adults 2 children. A quiet area of Périgord Region easy drives to markets and towns. The pool was invaluable with the warm weather. Kitchen very well equipped we ate at the house most days. Having the shower downstairs was a bonus with kids coming in from the pool for showers. Beautiful surrounding Forrest very private. Would stay again

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette ravissante et typique maison périgourdine !! Très bon point de départ pour de nombreuses randos et visites. M. Marty le propriétaire est charmant, passionné de vieilles pierres et de meubles anciens, très disponible.

Aangenaam verblijf

We brachten een aangename vakantie door in een zeer rustige omgeving. De ontvangst door de eigenaar was hartelijk, hij respecteerde ook enorm onze privacy. Het huisje was proper, hier en daar nog een spinnenweb, wat niet abnormaal is in een oud huis. Bij heel warme dagen fris beneden, maar boven heel warm. Airco zou hier een enorme meerwaarde zijn. Het zwembad dat perfect is afgesloten zodat het veilig is met kleine kindjes, is aangenaam vertoeven en zeker ruim genoeg.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans une maison pleine de charme et de caractère, au calme avec les chevreuils pour voisins. Nous avons apprécié le joli jardin clôturé (parfait pour le chien), la piscine et les promenades en forêt à proximité. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, disponible et se charge notamment de tout l'entretien de la piscine pendant le séjour

Séjour très agréable avec un hôte efficace, disponible et discret. Grande piscine bien entretenue. Grand parc clôturé idéal pour enfants et animaux. Maison bien équipée, petit bémol sur la taille du frigo. Séjour au calme en pleine campagne quasiment sans voisin mis à part quelques chevreuils 😉. On recommande

Location en tous points conforme à l'annonce. Accueil sympathique, bouteilles de vin blanc et rouge du Périgord. Propriétaire très agréable, disponible, à l'écoute et discret. Séjour calme et paisible

Endroit isolé avec nature environnante permettant des rencontres de gibiers et la sérénité nécessaire au repos. La piscine est idéalement située et très bien entretenue par le propriétaire. La maison est authentique et pleine de charme. Mr et Mme Marty sont très prévenants, disponibles et d'une discrétion à la hauteur de leur grande gentillesse.

Sérénité, nature, calme !!!

Maison située dans un hameau très calme, vacances reposantes à souhait, et la piscine permet de savourer le soleil en pleine nature. Les propriétaires sont pleins de petites attentions ! Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours, terrain clos et piscine clôturée ce qui permet aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité !

Superbe maison dans le style bien précisé dans l'annonce.La décoration est original

Avons passé deux semaines dans la location de Mr Marty ou nous avons séjourné à quatre adultes et deux enfants.L'espace proposé dans la maison est important avec ses murs de pierre et les chambres situées au premier étage sont stylées par les matériaux de l'époque et grandes. Très bonne literie. La piscine située près de la maison est nettoyée tous les trois jours par Mr Marty. Présent de bonne heure le matin,cela nous permet de profiter dès notre réveil de son utilisation suite à des températures élevées. Merci encore à Mr Marty qui a su se rendre disponible et se déplacer rapidement pour des petits soucis du quotidien La présence d'un réfrigérateur plus grand serait appréciable. Une location que je conseille en toute confiance et peut être un retour dans l'avenir. Merci encore à Mr et Mme Marty pour leur accueil et gentillesse.. Trés belle maison

Agréable, au calme , tous ce que l'on recherche pour les vacances, le chant des oiseaux le matin quand on prend le petit déjeuner dehors! La verdure et les pins ! sans oublier la piscine quand il fait chaud ! des parties de ping pong ..... De très belles vacances inoubliables !! Mr et Mme Marty sont des personnes gentilles et serviables et surtout à notre écoute ! Sans oublier les voisines très gentilles aussi !! Merci pour ces vacances on reviendra c'est sur !!
