Our gite, rated 3 stars by the prefecture, is located 6km away from Bergerac and overlooks the city and the countryside. It is the perfect place to relax in a quiet environment, by the individual and fenced 8x4m pool, with a BBQ nearby, or to explore the Dordogne (Sarlat, Vezere valley, caves...). Nearby activities: golfing, horse riding, fishing, canoeing, etc. You will enjoy a quiet setting in a fenced parked planted with trees, which is ideal for family holidays. Inside, there is all the comfort you need: 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom upstairs, in a pleasant, bright and sunny decor. For pets, please contact the owner.

The Vrbo is connected to the owners house. Grass was not cut and pool deck NOT jet-washed/cleaned.Outdoor furniture - no covers.Kitchen and appliances were dirty and not useable. Tiles cracked/chipped - on food prep area!.Oven gloves/Tea Towels etc - Disgusting/Filthy Lounge with Sofa has stains everywhere - UnusableHouse was like a toilet - Dark, Cold, Brown - NOT as described.NO Heating thermostat or any controls!!! These must been next door with the Host to Control!!! It was so cold and unclean - we spent 3 days of the month rental in our clothes before Leaving having found another property.So we managed 3 days of the 30 day rental - we were compensated to a degree having provided 40 pictures showing the conditions.

Nous sommes très surpris par votre commentaire, qui ne correspond absolument pas à la realité. Dès le lendemain de votre arrivée, nous sommes venus nous assurer que tout se passait bien. Vous nous avez alors indiqué que tout était conforme à vos attentes, sans signaler aucun problème. De plus, vous avez quitté le logement sans nous en informer, nous privant de toute possibilité d'intervenir pendant votre séjour. Concernant l'intérieur, les extérieurs, la pelouse, la piscine et ses abords avaient été entretenus avant votre arrivée. Les photos de l'annonce reflètent fidèlement la réalité. Nous contestons la description de l'état général des lieux : si le logement avait présenté de tels défauts, il est difficile de comprendre pourquoi rien n'a été signalé lors de notre visite. Nous rappelons qu'en avril 2026, notre hébergement a obtenu le renouvellement officiel de son classement 3 étoiles, attestant de sa qualité et de son entretien. Après 23 années d'activité et de nombreux voyageurs accueillis, nous n'avons jamais reçu de remarques comparables. Nous restons attentifs au bien-être de nos hôtes, mais nous ne pouvons accepter des affirmations que nous estimons inexactes. Hélène et Jean-Louis

Gîte confortable et très calme

Vacances paisibles et ressourçantes, tout est fait pour le bien être et le repos. Nos hôtes ont été à l'écoute tout en restant discrets. Non loin de Bergerac, la ville et la région sont belles à visiter.

Les pieds dans l’eau et la vue sur Bergerac

Un grand jardin fermé (pour le plus grand bonheur du chien), une belle piscine et une maison bien fraîche lors des chaudes journées. Nous étions ravis de rentrer après nos escapades quotidiennes dans le Périgord. Jean-Louis et Hélène nous ont très bien accueillis et sont juste à côté si besoin. Un grand merci.

Super semaine au calme

Nous avons passé une super semaine au calme sur les hauteurs de Bergerac dans un gîte propre et agréable. Les propriétaires vivant à côté sont très sympathiques et discrets. Nous avons bien profité de l’extérieur, la piscine et le salon sous le noyer. C’est un coin magnifique. Beaucoup de choses à voir. Très belle région ! Stéphanie et Théo

Heerlijke plek voor een fijne vakantie

Locatie ligt heerlijk rustig buiten het dorp ( 45 min lopen) heel af en toe een wandelaar of een auto verder zie je niemand. Ontvangst is erg hartelijk en bij vragen zijn de eigenaars goed bereikbaar, maar geven je verder volledige privacy. Het is heel fijn om een eigen zwembad te hebben, tot 1.70 diep dus je kan ook echt zwemmen. Huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Internet is niet erg snel... maar ach je bent op vakantie. Bergerac ligt net even buiten het grote toeristische gebied van Sarlat, maar dat is binnen 75 min prima aan te rijden. Wij hebben het heel fijn gehad en zouden het zeker aanbevelen!
