Cocavin Carriage House is an impressive conversion from farm vehicle shed to a modern, light-filled studio offering a vaulted wood ceiling, original concrete floor, king designer bed outfitted in all white, luxury linens, oversized walk-in shower, modern tub, complete kitchen, indoor gas fireplace, ultra-quiet split-system AC/Heating, WIFI, ceiling fan, 50” flatscreen with cable service, along with total privacy and set on a gated 65-acre ranch and vineyard. Outside you’ll enjoy your own covered patio with Adirondacks, a gas fire pit table, BBQ, corn hole game, twinkle lights and spectacular sunset views over the vineyard and hillsides. Across the breezeway and driveway from the main house for maximum privacy and recently returned to being offered exclusively as the Carriage House alone.

Exceptional dining shopping are a close 7-mile drive to town through beautiful vineyards, past top-notch wineries, orchards and cattle ranches. Cocavin is host to Nenow Family Wines & Hawks Hill Vineyards onsite with your private access gate just steps away. Walk across the road to Adelaida Vineyards or take a quick trip to Daou, Halter Ranch, Tablas Creek and Justin, all just a bit up the road. ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Staying here on our first trip to Paso Robles was perfect. It was very peaceful and scenic. The cottage was beautifully put together with everything we needed. Great spot for a Paso Robles area getaway

My wife and I had a great stay at the Cocavin Carriage house. The unit was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Location is great. Close to a bunch of great wineries, only a short drive to Paso but also far enough away you feel like you have your own private retreat. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, perfect getaway!

Staying here was a highlight of our trip. The views are beautiful and the space is perfect for two people. Great attention to detail and so quiet. Lone Madrone which is just steps out of the back door, was such a wonderful treat. Great wine and the gift of the tastings and bottle were extra special. We will come back again!

Amazing view in Paso Robles

We really enjoyed our stay, perfect location next to our favorite wineries. We couldn’t get enough of the epic view surrounding this property. Absolutely stunning! Great place for a quiet rest

We wanted a quiet weekend and we got it! The little house is cute and efficient. The view of the sunrise is spectacular. We made good use of the gate to the boutique tasting room next door. We would come back. The one concern was the proximity to the main house but that was a non-issue. The bonus feature was being able to walk the working vineyard property for a little excercise. The Perfect Getaway

Cocavin Carriage House was exactly what I was looking for in a mid-week getaway. I love how it’s decorated and the bed is SO comfortable. The kitchen and bath have everything a traveler needs. The views are stunning. You’re given the freedom to explore the property— so welcoming and friendly. There is short hike up to these amazing old oak trees and picnic table that is just the thing in the early morning and at sunset. Cocavin feels private but safe and secure. I felt off the beaten path but not too remote. It’s situated just off a beautiful road dotted with wineries, farms and vineyards, pastures with cows and adorable goats. My camera got a workout. I thought I was in paradise and can’t wait to visit again next spring. It’s a 10 out of 10.

Charming, immaculate, feels new, fully equipped for a comfortable short stay. Excellent bed, kitchen, a/c, bathroom. Quiet, good views, fun hike around the vineyard. Many nice details. Straightforward communication. There's no chest for clothes storage. A few details in the extensive and helpful info manual are not up to date.
