Situated in the French Quarter on East Bay Street, everything is within your reach. The Historic Straw Market is located one street over.

Free Garage Parking, one block over. Saving you daily parking fees.

This Loft is the ideal location for getting acquainted with the city. The outdoor courtyard with fountain is the perfect place for afternoon drinks, or morning coffee. The famous High Cotton Restaurant is also located within the building.

There also wifi provided. Double Size foam topper sleeper sofa in the living room, only meant for child's use. Not intended for adult use, due to size.

The History, Architecture, Shopping, Night Life, and more are all waiting for your special visit to Charleston.

We loved our stay. The decor is lovely. We had tons of space to really spread out. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a shared laundry room with machines that would both wash and dry your laundry. No switching machines to dry. The property has a beautiful courtyard. The location is excellent, with loads of restaurants and sights in easy walking distance.

This property was so conveniently located. A very walkable area, but with many other activities, such as boat rides to many other attractions. Wonderful restaurants located within blocks. We were given all instructions and information prior to dates stayed.

Location is great! Having only one bathroom which is upstairs is a little unhandy. Parking is a pretty good little walk which is also a negative. However, the great location makes up for a lot of the negatives.

We love that our location works so well for our guests. We just purchased a new mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, feather pillows, and synthetic down fill pillows, and new towels. 3.14.24 We want to keep our guests comfortable.

Great location for everything- just blocks from great restaurants, bars, parks and tourist attractions. Walking distance to just about everything you'll need to see or do. Amazing location, well apportioned lodging. Only criticism is it wasn’t clear to me from the listing that the one bathroom is up the circular staircase which was awkward but would likely still return as long as that wouldn’t be an issue for someone in our party

The location was excellent. We didn't have a car, but we didn't need one as everything we wanted to do/see was in walking distance. This would be perfect for a couple. The sole bathroom being upstairs was a bit challenging, but we managed. I'd definitely stay here again.
