- No pool gate. Children must be supervised at all times.

Good to know:
- The infinity spa warms nightly for a limited time (it’s not a full-time hot tub). If the outside temperature is below 60 degrees, the spa can not run.
- We’re in a lively area across from a local bar with occasional late music; road noise is possible. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best fit. The master bedroom has a white noise machine.

Perfect Vacation

The house and pool was everything we wanted for a relaxing vacation close to our children. We were able to enjoy the pool almost everyday! Katja was the perfect host and was a joy to work with! We will definitely be coming back again!

Pretty & clean house

The house was very pretty and comfortably furnished. It has everything you need for a week's holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, it has enough towels for the pool etc. Manager We had several construction sites near the house so it was quite loud at times, but that is only temporary. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Stayed here with 2 friends over a long weekend and boy was it beautiful!! We barely needed to leave once we got there. The pool & yard are absolutely perfect & the house was super comfortable and cutely decorated. Katja was also super quick to answer any questions & very hospitable. I would recommend & stay again for sure!

Just Perfect!!!

Loved our stay! The house is tidy and has everything you need. The owner is super quick with responses and completely charming. It was nice to stay in a place with better appliances and finishes. The pool was so inviting after coming home from a day of exploring. My husband took pics and measurements and wants to put one in our back yard now!! The location is great, easy to get anywhere and a good area. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!!

Pefect place to kick back and relax

This beautiful modern bungalow is right in between downtown areas of Tampa and St. Petersburg which is perfect if you’re looking to explore both. That is if you are even willing to leave the backyard. The pool/infinity spa is stunning and is an awesome place to hang at the start or at the end of a long day. There is also a great bar very conveniently located right across the street with live music almost every night. Katja couldn’t be a better host. She is very quick to respond to any questions and will only check in to make sure you have arrived and departed safely. This truly felt like a home and it was a major factor in our trip being a huge success!

We really enjoyed our week in Tampa here! The backyard was the highlight for sure. The pool was warm and immaculate. The yard complete with artificial turf, comfortable seating and Bluetooth speaker to play music. Katja is the most wonderful VRBO host. Quick to respond anytime we messaged her and even giving suggestions of local beaches and parks. We had a really amazing time!!
