About this property

1 mile to Margaritaville and 3 miles to Disney World.

Minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the new Margaritaville shopping and entertainment complex including their public water park Island H2O. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Game room has been added to the garage space for additional entertainment including, pool table, air hockey and Foosball. A completely furnished kitchen has been provided and all linens are included. Laundry facilities are located in the garage for your use. Free Wi-Fi, cable, updated flat screen TV's in all bedrooms with DVD. 42" Flat screen TV in living room has blue-ray. Private screened in pool and spa are enjoyable year-round with heat in the winter. There is no hot tub. The spa is the same temperature as the pool and only heated in winter months (Oct thru March). During these months, the pool heat is included, please let us know prior if you do not plan to use the pool. Thanks.

We stayed in this home for 12 nights and it was the perfect choice. Everything is as described in the listing. Very close to all of the Disney Parks and any type of food that you may desire. It was a huge plus having a Walmart less than two miles away to stock up on necessities during the stay. We would absolutely recommend this home to everyone!!

Perfect location for our Disney trip. The house has updated furniture so they should take new pictures. We were surprised and very pleased. We will definitely stay here again if we travel in this area.

Awesome property!!

This property has it all!! Location, activites, room to move!! We did not have any issues with this property and the amenities offered. The cleaning company could do a better job as kitchen floor has stuff in a few spots and bathroom carpets looked like needed a wash and fluff but otherwise it was awesomeand i would highly recommend and stay there again.

Fabulous Stay

We just had 2 wonderful weeks. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Pool towels, bath towels things you normally pack but we didn’t need to. Washing machine for me was a great bonus. Location was perfect 2 miles from Walmart, 15 minutes from Disney world. Great size pool which we used every evening after a busy day. Host communication was brilliant helping us out when we needed a doctor for my grandson. If we ever returned we Definately book again and will recommend to all my family and friends. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home 😃

My over all stay wasn’t as expected since the whole house was not properly cleaned. The pool was dirty, the bed liners were dirty and old. The tub inside the bathroom closest to the pool was clogged, while you showered you had to continuously turn off the water and let it go down. There was dirt stains in the tub that would be slippery after wet. The shower heads in all 3 bathrooms around the house weren’t properly cleaned or disinfected before our arrival.

The location, number of rooms with beds, three full baths is perfect for a girls trip. The pool needs attention, there was green algae in the pool. The entire reason we rented this house was for the pool and we didn’t utilize it like we wanted due to the cleanliness. We never received a check in email or check out email so didn’t know how to access. Had to call and deal with homeowner. First phone call to homeowner was extremely rude. Made me feel like it was my fault. 2nd phone call when the code still didn’t work was better. 3rd phone call was much better. Property management was easy to deal with when the realized my code wasn’t set up.

Location, location, location! We found this gem and loved the stay! Our trip was all about Disney World, and this place was so close! Could not have been happier with the location.The house was clean, the pool was clean, everything was in good working order. We would happily stay here again!

Well we have just returned from a 2 weeks stay and have had an absolute blast. Property location, we couldn’t have asked for better it was so central to all we planed to do. Spacious, clean, easy check in and had everything we needed. It’s a 100% from us and we would highly recommend. Pictures do not do the property justice to be honest.

The villa was beautiful the pictures do not do it justice. 5 of us were in the property an 8 year old parents and grandparents. Everyone loved it. The pool was fab and the games room. All rooms were brill with plenty of storage. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others. Good location for Disney world and Universal studios

Perfect for a Disney Vacation!

Loved everything about this home! It was absolutely perfect. A quick drive to each Disney property and only 30 minutes to Universal. Great neighborhood. The pool and game room were a bonus! Comfortable home. The homeowners are fantastic as well. If we are ver back in the area we will be booking with them again.

Disney vacation

Property was close to the parks. Convenient location, and quiet. Felt like it was a safe location. Enjoyed the pool, it was nice and was maintained well. All the rooms were really nice and perfect for our stay. Even though we didn’t use the TVs much we thought it was nice that there was one in every room if we did want to watch them. The master bedroom was just beautiful. If we are lucky enough to visit again we would choose this property.

Great Family Trip

The house was very nice and had a beautiful setup of rooms. We had 6 people and more than enough room! Pool was fantastic! The house was close to everything - restaurants, shopping and Theme Parks!! I would definitely go there again!!

Best Disney Trip

I have rented several properties in this area over the years, and this was by far our favorite! The house had plenty of space for everyone to have their own sanctuary. The garage game area with air conditioning was perfect and a perk not all rentals offer. The pool and spa were heated without an additional fee which made it even more relaxing after a day at the park. All the beds were comfortable, and the home had plenty of extra linens and towels. The starter supply of amenities such as dishwasher pods, laundry soap pods, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags made getting settled much easier. The house is conveniently located close to everything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a cute little playground just a block away. This property will be on our list of places we will come back again in the future for sure! Gary and Kristy were great hosts with a great home for families of all ages!

Amazing trip!

Checked in 11 days ago, could not have asked for a better experience! The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of. More than enough room for everyone to sleep. Loved the pool and the outdoor area. Great amount of boardgames, and the games room was so much fun! Aside from the stay, the owner was super responsive to inquiries prior to the stay. Super close to Disney and other places for shopping, eating and gifts. Highly recommend!

Very Clean & Great Location

My family will definitely stay here again. This home is very close to restaurants, shopping, Disney, etc. It is a great location off the beaten path but still close to everything! The home is very clean and the check in and out process is simple! Pool was a great relaxing area for winding down in the evening. Everyone had an enjoyable experience!
