House Claix village 15 minutes from the center of Grenoble. unobstructed view of the Vercors and Belledonne.
The house is very quiet in a residential environment.

Possibility to eat on the terrace while enjoying the view of Belledonne.

Children will enjoy the swing and trampoline.

The house is an ideal starting point for hiking.

Golf de Seyssins is 4 km.

You can enjoy various ski resorts 50 minutes from the house: Lans en Vercors, Villard de Lans, Chamrousse, Les Sept Laux, Alpe d'Huez Vaujany binding.

Alles gut

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Umgebung ist wirklich einen Besuch wert. Das Haus hat eine super Lage zur Stadt. Wer Ski fahren möchte, sollte eine Stunde Fahrt in Kauf nehmen. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Tres bonne adresse !

Nous avons sejourne en famille (7 adultes et 2 enfants de oins de 4 ans) pendant une semaine dans la maison. On recommande. 2 salles de bain nickel. Cuisine bien equipee. Chambres confortables, dont une au rdc ce qui est bien pratique. Logement propre. Des jeux meme pour les petits, le trampoline a particulierement plu. Et la chatte de la maison a fait le bonheur des petits (et des grands).

Bonnes vacances de Noël

On a passé des bonnes vacances de Noël et Fête de Nouvel An. La maison est bien équipé. Notre grand famille s'installait bien et chacun se sentait confortable. Il y a une belle vue sur le massif de Belledonne. Merci beaucoup à maîtres de la maison

Maison fonctionnelle avec vue sur la montagne

Maison calme, fonctionnelle pour un séjour autour de Grenoble. 3 massifs en proximité. A 45 mm de voiture, de très belles randonnées. Sejour vraiment reposant. Seul hic, il faut prendre la voiture pour les commerces de bouche les plus proches.

Maison spacieuse au calme proche de 3 massifs montagneux

Très jolie maison, spacieuse, avec tout le confort nécessaire, située dans une bien jolie région. Les enfants seront ravis d’avoir un accès à la piscine et au trampoline. Il n’est pas rare de voir le chat de la maison réclamer quelques câlins et croquettes, mais il est très indépendant. Un petit peu de vis à vis à l’étage mais rien de gênant. A savoir: la piscine demande un entretien quotidien de 5 minutes. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, les lieux sont très calmes et reposants. Les 3 massifs (Alpes, Vercors et Chartreuse) sont proches ce qui nous a permis de faire de belles découvertes et de jolies ballades. A louer sans hésitation.

Excellent séjour de 3 semaines, couple avec 2 enfants. Quartier calme, au pied des montagnes et à 15 min du centre de ville de Grenoble. Maison moderne et très bien équipée (rien ne manque). Très bon accueil, aimable et professionnel, à l'arrivée de même qu'au départ.

Amazing place and very welcoming hosts

We rented property for skiing holiday and stayed over X Mas for a week. We could not be more impressed by the owners welcoming. They left some wine for us from local area which was really nice. Place is really modern and a lot of room for 2 families. We have enjoyed separate bathrooms and bedrooms. And what about the views- amazing. I would really like to come back here and hopefully next year it will be more snow though..
