Facing the beautiful bay of St Efflam, offering you 4. 7 km of fine sand, house on 2 levels, comfortable for 2 to 4 people with private courtyard and garden. Garden furniture, BBQ, parking, closed court for animals (after agreement of the owners) .Located Avenue de la Lieue de Greve, you cross this avenue and have a huge playground at low tide (sand yachting, kite , sand castles, boules / pétanque, walk along the GR and the coastal path, fishing ... At high tide and depending on the coefficients, the sea goes up to less than 20 m from the house, or stays in the middle of the bay. The show is beautiful and different every minute!

Logement parfaitement propre, tout ce dont on a besoin à disposition (le lave linge 2en1 qui fait sèche linge, tellement pratique). Vue mer. Tout est recent et bien entretenu. Bonne communication avec Pascal et sa femme. Top, on recommande les yeux fermés.

Petit séjour à Plestin les greves

Bon logement, avec des proprios sympathiques. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Juste traverser la rue et on est sur la plage , l'eau est agréable avec de belles vagues que notre fils a adoré. A 30 min env de Perros Guirrec..... Le seul bémol est le bruit de la circulation mais on s' y fait.... Je recommande

Un endroit à retenir

Location idéalement placé près de la plage, pièces spacieuses, cuisine super équipée, accueil chaleureux des hôtes. Ne pas hésiter à aller au marché le dimanche matin pour profiter des produits locaux.

Hébergement très agréable mais route passante.

Très bon accueil avec souplesse pour l'heure d'arrivée et également pour l'heure de départ. Merci Mr Bousquet pour votre confiance. La petite maison est très propre et très bien équipée avec une cuisine intégrée toute neuve ! Il suffit de traverser la route (très passante) pour apprécier la plage et le cadre magnifique. Pendant ce WE, j'ai fait le plein de bonnes énergies !

Très belle région

La maison est conforme à la description. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la salle d'eau. Très mauvais fonctionnement de la télévision . Pas de connexion WiFi. Le grand lit confortable, manque cependant traversin et oreillers supplémentaires. Canapé lit confortable ,autre bémol, la télévision dans la chambre, peu pratique pour ceux qui veulent dormir. Forte odeur de renfermé dans la penderie nous avons laissé les portes ouvertes pendant tout le séjour.

vous charmeront au sortir du gîte. Région superbe, mer magnifique, hôtes charmants. Attention cependant à la rue très passante qui peut gêner le sommeil de ceux qui n'ont pas assez marché dans la journée ou/et qui ne se sont pas baignés dans une eau revigorante. Merci à nos hôtes adorables

Location idéalement située entre Lannion et Morlaix pour découvrir la région. Juste une route à traverser pour se retrouver à la plage. Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, disponibles. Location très bien aménagée et particulièrement bien insonorisée. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Nous avons apprécié cette petite maison avec sa proximité avec la plage ( il suffit de traverser la route ), l'accueil très sympathique de ses propriétaires et sa cour fermée ( idéale pour notre chien ). Séjour très agréable!!!
