Séjour au calme près de La Spezia

Bon séjour dans le gîte au bout d'une petite route après la vieille ville d'Arcola, au calme bienvenu, loin de l'agitation de La Spezia et des villes et villages de la Riviera. Egle est très agréable et fait tout pour aider à passer un bon séjour.

Bellissima location

Abbiamo passato 3 notti in compagnia della nostra cagnolina Olivia. Accoglienza e disponibilità massime da parte dell’host e della sua famiglia. Il posto è situato in zona verde e tranquilla ma in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere tutte le località più turistiche. Le strutture fanno parte di un più ampio progetto di sviluppo e valorizzazione del territorio con un occhio di riguardo alla tradizione ed alla sostenibilità. Abbiamo anche acquistato dell’ottimo olio bio prodotto in loco. Consigliato dunque a chi desidera conciliare pace e tranquillità con la conoscenza del territorio.

Am Ende der Straße

Das Haus von Elias liegt am Ende einer schmalen, teilweise etwas steilen Straße. In etwas mehr als 5 Minuten ist ist man mit dem Auto in der Altstadt von Arcola, die ein wunderbares Labyrint aus alten Gassen und Häusern am Berg ist (zu Fuß haben wir knapp 15 Minuten gebraucht). Das Haus hat fast alles, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Elias und seine Familie sind hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp gut zu erreichen. Als wir nach einem zweiten Topf gefragt habe, hat Elias ihn am Abend gleich vorbei gebracht. Die Terasse geht nach Westen, sodass wir beim Abendessen einen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang als Kulisse hatten. Leider liegt die im Inserat abgebildete Tischgruppe unter Weinranken auf der anderen Straßenseite, sodass wir diesen Platz nicht genutzt haben, weil es auch kein Tablett gab, um bequem Geschirr herüber zu tragen. Von dem beschriebenen Grundstück mit Obst- und Olivenbäumen haben wir nicht viel entdecken können, weil das Grundstück steil abfällt und teilweise nicht begehbar war und uns auch nicht gezeigt wurde, wo wir hätten gehen können. Das war sehr schade.

Très bon séjour

Merci à Egle et Elias pour leur accueil. Nos hôtes sont venus nous chercher dans le village pour que nous ne nous perdions pas. Ils vivent juste à côté mais sont dune discrétion remarquable. Leur propriété est un ecrin de verdure,plein d'arbres fruitiers et de bonnes odeurs. Le logement était très bien pour nous trois, avec une jolie terrasse. Un calme bienvenu après la foule éprouvante des Cinque Terre. A bientôt !

Relaxing stay out of town

The cottage and location were really beautiful and relaxing. It was a little too remote and out of town for our needs as we had planned to visit Cinque Terre and the surrounding areas. We had to drive down the hill into town to have dinner which wasn't too convenient after a long day of driving and sight seeing.

Calme et vue magnifique

Elias nous a très bien accueilli à proximité pour nous guider jusqu'à la maison. Un havre de paix avec une vue magnifique ! Idéalement placé pour visiter les Cinque terre puisque à 15 minutes en voiture seulement de La Spezia où on peut prendre le train des 5 terres.

Great hideaway in the tuscan hills

We head a very peaceful and recovering stay at Egle's and Elias' place. The silent atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed keeping a bit of distance to the crowded coast areas but still having them in quick reach if we felt like it. Especially the caring and friendly contact with Egle and Elias is remarkable! Thanks again the two of you for hosting us last summer!

Alles Tip top schöne spannende Umgebung

Sehr nette Vermieter. Das Häusle ist fröhlich freundlich eingerichtet. Super warm 22 Grad auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit da Zentralheizung. Und zusätzlich darf man noch mit dem Holzofen ein gemütliches Raumklima erleben. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Ruhe pur. Ich hab das Häusle mit eigenem PP und Terrasse geliebt. Küche ist auch alles da außer einem Wasserkocher... für Teetrinker fehlt dieser. Sie haben eigenes 100% BIO Olivenöl. Wer die Ruhe mag kann die Umgebung mit wunderschönen Dörfer in oder außerhalb der 5 Terre in angenehmer Distanz erkunden. Weg zum Haus geteert aber eng und rumpelig. Nicht für tiefe Spirtwagen aber sonst kein Problem ..

Herrlicher Ausblick

Das kleine Häuschen hat uns gut gefallen, der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön! Es war sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, der nette Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist per WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar und gibt Tipps und hilft mit allem weiter! Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen, was wir aber gesucht haben! Man ist schnell in Lerici, am Meer, in La Spezia. Unbedingt einen Besuch wert ist die Osteria unten in Arcola: es gibt leckere Panigacchis! Einzige (unbedeutende) Nachteile: keine Tür zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und keine Morgensonne auf dem Balkon (ist im Sommer aber eher ein Vorteil, wir waren im Herbst da).

I have decided to make this apartment available (recently renewed) by giving an opportunity for those who travel to visit and experience new places of a charming, rich with beauty and culture Liguria. The house is perfect because it is near the city and yet at the same time it feels like you are far away and that lets you enjoy the tranquility being in the natural and healthy context, far away from city noises.

What makes this property unique

ARCOLA AND ITS MUNICIPALITY:
Arcola is a small, charming town perched on top of the hills with its medieval cobbled streets, offering stunning panoramas of the Apuane Alps and you can reach it in only 10 minutes walking by foot from the house (3 minutes in a car). In the territory around Arcola you can find many activities that suits you: sampling local wines and tasty local dishes, taking walks through the hills and enjoy spectacular views, it's suitable also for mountain bike lovers and there are charming trails for runners too.
Fans of trekking or kayaking, can hike on our Apuan Alps (go to the website www. Alpiapuane. Com) as the territory around Arcola is also a part of the Regional Park of Montemarcello-Magra and offers variety of spectacular hiking trails to explore both suitable for experienced hikers as well as families.
SEA AND BEACHES:
The first nearest beautiful beach is just 6km away from the house (Baia Blu Lerici) and it's the same distance to the port from where ferries leave for 5 Terre, Porto Venere and Palmaria Island.
TRAIN CONNECTIONS
Arcola is a few km away from the main railway station of La Spezia Centrale and Sarzana that are the best connections to the "Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre" (easily reachable by ferry from Lerici and La Spezia).
I suggest to see also wonderful small fishing villages such as Portovenere, Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro, Bocca di Magra that are close too.
THE NIGHT:
For those who want to experience nightlife go to the Versilia that is famous for its night bars and it's fast and easy to reach thanks to the entrance of Sarzana A12 highway which is only 5 km away.
HISTORY AND CULTURE:
It is worth seeing Sarzana, Fosdinovo, Castelnuovo Magra.
The train station of Sarzana (Stazione FS Sarzana) is well connected with the famous touristic Tuscan cities as Pisa (40 minutes by train), LUCCA (about 30-40 minutes), Florence (1 hour and 30 minutes).
