In the beautiful "hamlet" of Dosso, at 7 minutes drive from Levanto (where you can find supermarkets, bars etc ..) and just 4 minutes train from Monterosso, our tipical stone house sea view in the peace of nature. There is a living room with a single bed, a romantic bedroom with a king size bed, a closet, a bathroom and a private garage. The owner is the owner of the wood, one of a kind and realized There is air even if the house is very fresh in the summer! It is perfect for a couple of people, thanks to you! From Bare you can find amazing trekking or Mountain biking trail, or you can just relax in the garden on the sunbed or under the porch, watching the sea. In the garage you will find 2 mountain bikes that you can use, just lock them ok?
Between Levanto and Bonassola there is a nice dog beach with crystal clear water.
We are sure you will fall in Love with this place!

You will pay cash 1 euro per person per day for the local tax.

In the beautiful village of Dosso, a few minutes drive from Levanto, you will find our newly renovated stone house. The house has a beautiful private garden with a pergola from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Levanto bay. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and storage room. There is also a private garage. The decor is charming with unique pieces and was created and restored by the owner. There is air conditioning with heat pump. In the living room there is a single pull-out bed under the sofa. And if you love plants you can water those on the veranda, thanks!Wonderful trekking routes start from Dosso. In the garage there are two mountain bikes that you can use but always close them I recommend.

Zum Wandern wunderschöne Gegend. Check in und Out sowie die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Wohnung sehr schön und funktional. Der Lattenrost des Bettes war etwas fragil, wurde aber sofort repariert.

Jolie petite maison au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette jolie petite maison, très au calme. Tout y est (peut être qu'un four serait bienvenu, mais cela ne nous a pas manqué, les restaurants alentours étant bons ;)). Nous n'avons pas utilisé le garage, il y avait des places sur le parking juste en dessous, mais par journée chaude, cela doit être un vrai plus. La situation est bonne pour visiter les cinques terres, attention toutefois, il faut une voiture, les premiers commerces étant à 10/15 minutes en voiture, mais on ne peut pas avoir le calme et tout à proximité. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. A recommander donc.

Schönes kleines Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben 10 Tage in dem netten Steinhaus im kleinen Bergdorf Dosso oberhalb von Levanto verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist kein Luxus, aber vollkommen ausreichend für einen Aufenthalt zum Wandern und die Cinque terre zu entdecken. Die Aussicht ist super und man kann perfekt die Ruhe genießen. Wir hatten E-Bikes für die Mobilität dabei (ist zu empfehlen) denn ab Oktober fahren die Busse nicht mehr so häufig. Entfernung Levanto Zentrum / Dosso: 6km und 250hm. Kleine Garage incl. (Passte aber unser VAN nicht rein : - )) oder kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz direkt unterhalb des Hauses. Hatten wir alles vorher abgeklärt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Daniela war unkompliziert und sehr nett. (Englisch). Sie ist jederzeit per Mail oder am Handy erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Levanto ist ein nettes Städtchen mit vielen Restaurants, Eisdielen und Bars. Anfang Oktober noch was los, aber nicht mehr zu voll - also genau richtig!

Ruhiges Häuschen mit Wahnsinnsausblick

Wunderschönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhäuschen, toller Ausblick bis zum Meer. 12 min Serpentinen bis Levanto, aber gut fahrbar. Eingezäunter, nicht einsehbarer Garten, ist auch perfekt für Hunde. Einziger Abzug von mir für den Schimmel im Bad, vermutlich weil es ohne größeres Fenster ist. Ansonsten alles top, ich komme gerne wieder! Abwicklung beim Check-in auch problemlos. Vielen Dank für alles!

Terrasse zum Genießen

Das Haus liegt oberhalb des kleinen Dorfes Dosso beim Dorfparkplatz. Es verfügt über eine unmittelbar hinter der eigentlichen Wohnung angeschlossene Garage; ein Stellplatz darf genutzt werden (immer kühles Auto, genial😊). Entsprechend der Beschreibung ist das Haus einfach und gemütlich ausgestattet; dies gilt auch für die Küche, die zum Kochen nicht aufwendiger Gerichte einlädt 🙂. Die Umgebung ist recht naturbelassen (die Insekten lieben wie überall die Abwechslung, also Touris😁) und von der Terrasse hat man einen alpin anmutenden Ausblick auf die schnuckligen Dörfer und nach Levanto. Die Terrasse haben wir auch wegen der süßen Eidechsen, Schmetterlinge, etc. genossen🥰. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie jedenfalls nachts 😴. Fragen beantwortet die Eigentümerin per E-Mail zügig in sehr gutem Englisch (unser italienisch ist halt doch überschaubar 😊). Empfehlenswert für Urlauber, die keinen Luxus benötigen und mit südländischen Verhältnissen gut klar kommen.👍

Un magnifique havre de paix

Très jolie maison à 15 minutes en voiture de Levanto dans un environnement de verdure paisible et luxuriant. A souligner un très beau jardin et une vue mer (Levanto en contrebas). Top pour prendre son petit déjeuner dehors ! Situation idéale pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Daniela est réactive et bienveillante +++ Cherry on the cake ! Un garage qui jouxte l’habitation idéal pour stationner au frais et décharger la voiture.

Maison agréable, bien situé pour visiter les cinque terre (1h maximum de voiture à faire pour le village le plus éloigné, Riomaggiore). Maison avec un beau jardin et vue sur mer. Très bien pour 2 personnes. En terme d’équipements, il manque toutefois quelques commodités comme un four (micro ondes ou four classique), une TV et du chauffage (mi-octobre, les soirées et nuits sont fraîches dans une maison en pierre !). Le petit chauffage soufflant ne suffisant pas à chauffer une maison de 3 pièces.

Ok voor een paar nachtjes

We waren niet super gecharmeerd van het huisje... van binnen niet heel erg leuk en ook de directe omgeving was niet erg inspirerend. Ook was er geen internet. Niet verschrikkelijk maar was toch wel handig geweest. Wél heel handig dat het vlakbij de Cinque Terre ligt. En ook de gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk en gaf via de e-mail op tijd en heel duidelijk en uitgebreid instructies.

Bel posto, sulla montagna, vista mare, vicino a Levanto, per chi vuole visitare le 5 terre è in ottima posizione. Casa molto carina e ben ristrutturata, ideale per 2 persone + cane, immersa nella natura. Anche l’arredamento semplice e luminoso in stile marinaro ci è piaciuto molto. Buona anche l’idea di fare il check in in autonomia, peccato solo per la scarsa manutenzione e pulizia. Forse il proprietario dovrebbe controllare piu spesso la proprietà di persona o affidarsi a qualcuno di fiducia.

Wenn man ein gemütliches kleines Domizil etwas abseits vom Trubel sucht, dann ist man hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft ist ideal, wenn man Hunde hat, da ein kleiner Garten vorhanden ist

Nice comfortable house with private garden and amazing view over Levanto

Excellent location, 10 mins drive from Levanto historical center. Easy to reach from highway. The house is equipped with airconditioning but we did not need it because the house kept cool. The garden is amazing with breathtaking view over Levanto and the sea, and total privacy. Our dog enjoyed the stay too (dog beach in Levanto). Garage attached to property is really privilege. We hope to come back.
