Character cottage in a Charentais farmhouse renovated in 2016, near the beaches of the Royan coast, La Palmyre, Oléron and La Rochelle, this accommodation offers sleeping for 15 people maximum with 4 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1. 25m2 with Private shower room - WC: Double bed 140x190 and Double bed 140x190.
Bedroom 2. 22m2 with private shower room - WC: 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 double bed 140x190.
Bedroom 3 (children). 20 m2 with Private shower room-WC: 2x2 (4) single beds 90x190.
Bedroom 4. 15 m2 with private shower room - WC: 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 single bed 90x190 ..
To have a 5th bedroom, it is possible to book on the same period a furnished studio (sleeps 4, 2 beds) and independent 20 meters (kitchenette, bathroom with 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed mezzanine ). 70 € / day.

Linen sheets can be provided at a rate of 15 € / person and not included in the price displayed.

A private garden area with terrace and layout for 15 people (garden lounge, BBQ etc.), access to the shared pool area (10 * 5 m, salt water and mobile terrace for security) in the courtyard (common), a private parking area.

RATE: for 10 people, basic rate, then 10 € / day per additional person. Pets: 20 € for the stay.
300 € / day during the week and 400 € / day during the week-end

Bon séjour à Sainte-Gemme. Chouette endroit, très calme

On a vraiment apprécié la situation au coeur de la Charente Maritime, près d'Oléron ou de Rochefort. La situation est au calme, très appréciable. Le gite est confortable et bien équipé, très propre. La piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants. Il demeure cependant encore des détails d'aménagements extérieurs à améliorer ou finir mais cela n'a pas entaché notre séjour. La literie est de qualité, seuls quelques petits soucis de qualité au niveau des douches mais cela a été rapidement fixé par le propriétaire, Mr. Dumas, attentif au confort des occupants. Je recommande vivement. Mention spéciale à la dame qui nous a accueillit et qui supervise la propriété et qui a été charmante avec nous !

Zeer mooi aan de binnenkant. Achterzijde van de buitenkant is sterk verouderd.

Prima verblijf voor grotere gezinnen/groepen.
