Wonderful get away, everything you need right on the lake. Even though it was off season we truly enjoyed the stay - lots of time to relax with beautiful views and Matt was great to work with!

Stay was great. Easy check-in. Home was bigger than it appeared in the pictures with plenty of room for our family. We brought 4 bikes and balcony on lake side provided great overhang to keep them under. Road that home is on goes to highway and bike trail entrance is right across the highway, so it was nice to have that easily accessible. Great location for surrounding activities (Three lakes, Eagle River short drives). Pier was nice to fish off of and kids enjoyed jumping off the dock as well. Overall it was a perfect choice to spend a week up north. Very relaxing and quiet. Definitely recommend.

Just a wonderful lakeside cabin to enjoy an ideal Northwoods vacation with the family. The comforts of the newly built cabin and well furnished / decorated cabin were perfect. Plenty of amenities to enjoy a full week of lake life, inside or out. Relaxing on the patio or down on the dock taking in the scenic lake and forest setting was spectacular. The dock allowed easy tie up for our 14' aluminum boat. Planting Ground Lake had excellent fishing as well as fishing right off the dock. My son and I caught smallmouth bass up to 5# and perch up to 10". A short scenic drive to Three Lakes and Eagle River with plenty of wildlife sightings along the way - whitetail deer, red fox, owls, and turkeys.
