Holiday house, on the same level, completely renovated in 2016, located 250 meters from the beach and shops. Free Wi-Fi access.
3 bedrooms (new bedding): bedroom 1 (double bed 140) - bedroom 2 (1 bunk bed 2x90) and bedroom 3 with sloping ceilings (double bed 140). Cupboards in each bedroom.
Fitted kitchen (3 induction hobs - electric oven - microwave - fridge - freezer - dishwasher - dryer - washing machine - electric coffee maker - toaster - electric kettle, steamer ....).
Living room (sofa and TV) - dining room (table and 6 chairs).
2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
Exit to the terrace with fully enclosed and landscaped garden: garden furniture with sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table - dining table with 6 chairs - 4 deckchairs - barbecue.
Optional heated heated jacuzzi (85 euros / week).
Baby equipment (bed, high chair, stroller) on request and free.
Possibility of taking charge of passengers free of charge directly at the SNCF station of La Bernerie en Retz - prior agreement with the owner.
Cleaning payable by the tenant, invoiced 60 euros if not carried out.

La maison est bien située dans un quartier très calme, quand même seulement 2 minutes des magasins et de la plage.Elle est équipée de tout ce qui'il faut pour vivre indépendement. Le jardin (clos pour le chien envers le voisin, quand il ne sait pas sauter plus que 1,40 m comme le notre) est un petit paradis surtout quand on décide la location du jacuzzi!La plus grande avantage est le propriétaire lui même:Très gentil, tousjours à l'écoute et serviable.Merci M.Dupin!

Location extrêmement bien placé à la Bernerie-en-Retz tout se fait pied idéal pour les familles. L hôte fut très accueillant et de bons conseils pour visiter les environs. Les prestations de la location étaient plus que satisfaisantes surtout le jacuzzi après de bonnes marches.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Außerdem ist sehr hübsch. Der schöne Garten hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Und unserem Hund hat es auch gut gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke an Dominique. Mit seinem schönem Haus hat er uns einen wunderbaren Urlaub ermöglicht.

C'est le bon choix

Maison vraiment très agréable, bien équipée et bien placée pour se passer de la voiture. Station balnéaire idéale pour un séjour en famille avec un bébé. Le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible. Nous sommes enchantés.

Superbe location pour de belles vacances

Superbe maison très bien équipée, avec un magnifique jardin réalisé par un paysagiste. Le lieux est très propre, et le propriétaire sympathique et disponible est très à l'écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service. La location dispose d'un jacuzzi, ideal en soirée après une journée bien remplie. Très bien situé à 200m de la plage et des commerces, vous oublierez votre voiture au profit de belles balades. N'oubliez pas de visiter au passage la biscuiterie de Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, Pornic, la plage de Gohaud, le port du Collet.... Je vous recommande ce lieu 5 étoiles !

Séjour parfait!

Une maison très chaleureuse, toute équipée, très très proche de la mer et du centre, et avec en prime un jaccuzy dans un jardin fermé. Au calme, propre, avec des jeux pour nos enfants (bébé 1 an et fille de 3 ans), un barbecue, une terrasse plein sud, c'était parfait pour profiter de quelques jours au bord de la mer. Merci Mr Dupin pour votre accueil. Je recommande fortement!

Très belles prestations dans cette location,tant en intérieur de la maison qu’à l’extérieur ( jardin méditerranéen,jacuzzi,salon,espace repas avec un grand store) Le propriétaire mr Dupin est charmant . La maison est en proximité de la plage (200m) et pareil pour les commerces Bref tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons

Un 3 étoiles

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos petits enfants dans cette maison très agréable, proche de tous les commerces et à deux pas de la mer. Tout y est neuf, accueillant, confortable et très sympa. Je recommande le jacuzzi dans le jardin zen. Un petit coin de paradis. Merci au propriétaire pour la gentillesse de son accueil.

Séjour trop court mais génial pour décompresser

Super séjour à la Bernerie en Retz Nous avons été accueillis par un propriétaire charmant, disponible et arrangeant. La maison est idéalement située dans le centre ville à une centaine de mètres de la plage et de belles promenades le long de la mer sont possibles aussi bien vers Pornic que vers les marais salants de Moutiers en Retz. La maison très joliment décorée dispose de tout le nécessaire et plus ! Pas besoin d'apporter ses condiments et ses produits ménagers : tout est à disposition. Le jacuzzi dans le jardin est idéal pour se détendre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir Florence
