Villette 4 facades on two levels located in Porto San Paolo, this old fishing village so popular, this typical Sardinian house, built partly in the rock on this beautiful hill; the house has a breathtaking sea view, its position down the road reassures parents of young children with its private access of more or less 20 meters.

Uninterrupted panoramic view, outdoor sitting area, dining table, shaded solarium terrace, terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, worktop, sink and outdoor shower,
Inside it is provided on the upper floor with 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom with sea view terrace,
kitchen (cabinets with bases of kitchens, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, kitchen linen, brief etc ..) open to the living room which hosts a couch beds that can eventually be used for
2 children !!!!, dishwasher etc ...
On the lower floor we have 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable bathroom.
A laundry room with washing machine.
Beach loungers are at the disposal of holidaymakers ... everything for a comfortable and successful vacation ..
Porto San Paolo has 3 marinas that are + / _ 1km from the house; Magic place for lovers of boats loving the peninsulas: for all those who love the beaches of white sand which succeed one after the other ....... On this part of the island in particular we are in the European Caribbean.
We can organize sea trips of about 5 hours to discover this natural reserve Park, recognized by UNESCO and just wonderful.
Idyllic place for divers (many diving spots) and discovery in mask and snorkel ..
