Chalet très agréable à 2 pas de la mer. Le bas de chalet "fermé" (en fait à claire voie) permet de ranger des vélos car là bas tout peut se faire en vélo.Seul bémol, l’absence d'un barbecue ou d'une plancha pour des grillades.

Charmant chalet sur pilotis, très proche de la plage donc pas de marche pénible ni besoin de voiture. Le chalet n'est pas placé en 1ère ligne donc vu réduite sur la mer mais au moins protégé du vent par les autres chalets. Situé à 1 km des commerces boulangerie boucherie tabac presse et spar et restaurants de plage donc très pratique très dépaysant et permet une déconnexion de la foule dense comme dans les stations balnéaires. Le voisinage est très calme et la circulation dans ce secteur est limité donc secteur très reposant. Le chalet est bien équipé, propre, on a apprécié fortement la douche en extérieur et la terrasse est une pièce essentielle, la climatisation est fonctionnelle et agréable.

Un chalet mieux que l'ont avait imaginéUn endroit calme dépaysant et relaxant.Tout est très fait et de bon gout dans le chalet. Je recommande vivement.Et la douche extérieure en été est vraiment plus qu'appréciable.

Superbe chalet bien orienté avec salon-cuisine spacieux et terrasse abritée. Le plus est cette douche au rdc dans un cadre de bois de style nordique, idéale pour le retour de navigation des windsurfeurs.Propriétaires attentifs et disponibles

Chalet mythique situé près d'une très belle plage .

Chalet très confortable et bien équipé, bien situé ,à 2 min d'une très belle plage, et d'un lieu de dégustation de fruits de mer et poisson. Rien ne manque et la literie est parfaite. Notre hôtesse a été très à notre écoute . Bel emplacement pour découvrir ces chalets mythiques de Gruissan

Merveilleux

Superbe appartement conforme à la description. L'équipement de la cuisine est aussi complet que chez vous. Vue de la table de la cuisine sur le canal, très agréable. Douche très bien agencée sous le chalet et très agréable pour ne pas remonter du sable dans la partie habitable. Hôte d'une grande gentillesse et très réactive.

Ein super Haus!

Wir, zwei Freundinnen und ein Hund haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Bilder werden dem Objekt nicht gerecht. Es sah in Wirklichkeit noch besser aus. Es ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Sauberkeit spitze! Qualität, Bettwäsche, Handtücher spitze! Leila Und Xavier sind zwei sehr nette Vermieter und vom einchecken bis zum aus checken hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Der absolute Knüller ist jedoch die Lage. Zu Fuß 2 Minuten zum Strand. Der ist sehr weitläufig und außerhalb der Saison Ist kaum etwas los. Zum Bäcker und zu den Restaurants sind es zu Fuß 20 Minuten WLAN ist keines verfügbar, aber mit mobilen Daten ist das gut ausgeglichen. Uns hat nichts gefehlt! Ute, Michaela und Louis

SUPER MODERN CHALET CLOSE TO BEACH!

An excellent modern chalet with 3 big bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes etc. The "open plan" living room/kitchen/diner is spacious and fully equipped. It is also great for those who windsurf/kitesurf/cycle etc as there is a big store downstairs (with shower!) and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Lena came round very quickly a couple of times to fix some small things. There is a huge balcony with table and chairs. So, all in all a marvellous place to stay and highly recommended!!

Beau chalet

Chalet confortable avec une terrasse bien à l'abri de vent , équipement complet et propreté irréprochable. La vue est sur le chenal ,et non pas sur la mer . Besoin d'être autonome pour le wifi .

Le Paradis

Calme et tranquillité les deux maîtres mots, chalet très bien équipé. Un vrai Bonheur de séjourner dans cette endroit. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
