Spacious kitchen with pantry, open family room, formal dining, large bedrooms and an open den area that makes the ideal flex space set up as lounge area with additional pull-out sofa sleeper. New furnishings in Master and Flex space. Lovely, grand backyard with new heated pool (electric) with Baja shelf for pool lounging and heated spa (gas) to relax and unwind. All surrounded by beautiful travertine with a long covered patio and green belt behind the backyard. Landscape, pool maintenance and pest control included.
