Small quiet house

Small renovated house in the center of a small market town, St Eutrope.
The house consists on the ground floor of a living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, bar, bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs, a spacious bedroom, wc. 4 beds possible (double bed, plus a single mattress and a fireside chair).
The house does not have a television, but a video projector. If you want to use it, you will need a PC with an HDMI jack.
Located 5 minutes from Morlaix, and 20 minutes from the beach (Locquirec, Carantec).
Animals are not accepted because I have a cat, Gus. Very sociable, he only asks to eat and drink during your stay.

"Petite maison au calme" : c'est vrai !

TrÚs bon accueil dans cette location à St-Eutrope, Plougonven. Grand calme dans cette petite maison trÚs fonctionnelle (nous étions 4 adultes). Elle est joliment décorée et elle a encore plus de charme lorsque l'on connait l'histoire de sa rénovation. Bravo Sarah ! Le must pour nous a été de découvrir la discographie ; chaßne Hi-Fi et 33 tours nous ont rappelé notre jeunesse. Elle est aussi trÚs bien située pour visiter la région entre terre et mer. Le soleil n'a pas toujours été au rendez-vous, pour autant nous avons pu faire ce que nous avions prévu. Un grand merci aux parents de Sarah. Christine (séjour de 4 jours juillet 2017)

Petite maison trÚs bien équipée dans une région passionnante

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. Bien que petite elle est parfaitement équipée, confortable, bien décorée et agréable à vivre. La propriétaire nous a gentiment accueilli avec un far breton maison. Le chat qui nous rendait visite tous les jours a ravi notre fille. Le village est trÚs calme, bien sûr il faut prendre la voiture pour tout mais entre la cÎte et les monts d'arrée il y a plein de choses à faire et la maison est idéalement située entre les deux. La semaine est passé trop vite, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire tout ce qu'on voulait, on reviendra sûrement. Autre petit plus pour les parents de jeunes enfants : un petit square avec des jeux juste en face de la maison.

charmante petite maison

Nous avons réservé cette location pour prolonger les vacances en famille de deux jours. Il s'agit de notre premiere location de meublé. Nous n'avons pas été déçu. Située dans un petit bourg au calme, la maison correspond a ce qui est décrit. La location est bien équipée mais pas de télé. On peut profiter d'une déco sympa. Nous avons été trÚs bien reçu (far breton de bienvenue...miam!). Propriétaire agréable et disponible. On louera à nouveau si nous repassons dans la région.
