We are a short three-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the Breckenridge Peak 9 Base. And, when you're not skiing downtown Breckenridge is just a block away!
You'll be walking distance to art festivals, Breckenridge Summer Beer Festival, Breckenridge Food and Wine Festival, and so much more!
This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium at 'The Columbine' sleeps six comfortably and has free high-speed WiFi, so you can stream or work if you must. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed. with a desk and office chair for remote work. The second bedroom contains two queen beds. Both bedrooms offer plenty of closet space. Both bathrooms are renovated with large vanities. The living area contains a comfy couch and love seat, with a rocking chair by the fireplace and a large screen smart TV. The freestanding gas stove is romantic and easy to operate. Head out to the deck to relax amidst the pines. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals with updated appliances, cabinets, and solid surface countertops.
Walk to the slopes for a day of great downhill skiing. If cross-country skiing is more your style take the shuttle up ski hill road and you'll find the Breckenridge Nordic Center just below the Peak Eight base area. Also, just a short shuttle ride away is the Frisco Nordic Center.
This Condo is fabulous in the summer too. We're within walking distance to "The Troll". Breckenridge has an exciting year-round schedule that includes a film festival and summer concerts. Hiking is available right out the back door! Abundant access to National Forests and Wilderness Areas is nearby. A bike path runs from Breckenridge to Vail. Mountain bike trails right behind the condo, with bike rentals available in town. Other activities such as golf, horseback riding, river rafting, hot air ballooning, 4X4 tours, hayrides, and more are nearby. At the end of the day, you can enjoy a relaxing dinner before you hit the hot tub or pool.

We absolutely LOVED our stay!! The condo was VERY clean, had everything we needed including bath soaps many basic cooking ingredients — seasonings, oil, etc. The Location was PERFECT. A 12 minute walk to The Troll and only 15 mins to the end of downtown / the Breck Gondola. We walked everywhere. Communication was fantastic. Any time I messaged, a response was received within minutes. We would absolutely book again.
Timely communication, were able to check in early, perfect size for the 4 of us but room for more, has parking outside or in the garage,ski lockers, hot tub/ pool access a great amenity, and in an easy location to the peak 9 lift and the start of the Main st strip for shops, restaurants,etc. Would definitely recommend.
It was easy getting into the room, well stocked with necessary items an so close to town. Owners provided great instructions and we really enjoyed the pool area.

Great property - very clean and well stocked with the necessities. We loved the location - walkable to all the Main Street shops and restaurants as well as a short hike to the Breckenridge Troll.
Perfect set up for our family.
The combination of the location (close to both Peak 9 base and Main Street), the comfort of the condo, and the garage parking make this an amazing place to stay in Breckenridge. Highly recommend!
The condo is in a great location. We walked to peak 9 for skiing every day with no issue. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and I would definitely stay here again.
We loved this place. Perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, beds are very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and great location to everything. Very short walk to the lift and all shops and restaurants. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
We truly enjoyed our stay and rhe location was amazing! It was a very easy walk to the ski lift, local shops and restaurants on Main St and Park. The condo was also very well stocked and plenty of space for 6 people. The check in process was super convenient and there was a great binder with resources to make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and love to stay here again!

The condo was as advertised, clean and the location was really close to town. There was plenty of room for me my wife and to kids. The pool area was great too. We will definitely stay here the next tine we come back.

Convenience while walking and picking up the ski rentals on way to the ski slopes. - within walking distance to main street - also restaurants, bars & shops. Very clean and well appointed - definitely would stay again.
The apartment was in a great location. Easy walk to Quicksilver Lift and center of town. Unit was in great shape. Kitchen with good amenities l- plenty of utensils and dishes etc. Would happily stay here again.

The location, condition of the unit, kitchen and other amenities were all top notch. In addition, the host truly went out of her way to deal with my booking mistake, and was wonderful to work with.
It is a very short walk to Peak 9. Main Street is a short walk too. Highly recommended for any ski vacation.

We are Jay & Arlene Moss, the owners. We live in Colorado Springs. We love to ski and bike and play in the mountains. In 2004 we had the opportunity to realize our dreams when we purchased a mountain condo. We really loved the location: we're close enough to the slopes that we can head home for lunch. And, if we want to head downtown for dinner or shopping there's no driving or parking to deal with. Jay and I enjoy the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes (they were remodeled in 2018). We are sure you will love Breckenridge as much as we do, it's a great place to build wonderful family memories.
Why they chose this property
We love being so close to the slopes and nestled in the trees away from traffic and crowds. During the summer you are a stone's throw from hiking and biking, but you can walk right downtown for some shopping or a dinner out. It's the perfect location.
