Ocean front condo with free access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, 15 minute walk to the famous Poipu beach, 15 minutes drive to one of the best beaches on Kauai, Mahaeulepo beach. The property is located in the Makahuena complex, free parking, close to downtown Koloa and one the main golf courses. Located on the south side of the island, the sunniest spot on the island. The condo is stocked with everything you need for the kitchen. For those traveling in December and January you will enjoy the sunset and whale watching from your own Lanai. The condo is on the second floor but has very few steps to climb.
The condo comes with free access to Poipu Athletic Club.
