Guest Access:
You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.
The Neighborhood:
Hoone Rd, fronting Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, turns into Pee Rd. This winding street is a popular place to watch the sunset on the wall fronting Nihi Kai or to walk one way and return to the Poipu Kai Greenbelt.

Getting Around:
When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.
Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

Lovely spacious condo with wonderful views of the ocean. Very comfortable beds and A/C and fans on all 3 floors.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and would recommend this property.There are stairs to the condo, and a fairly steep walk to the parking lot to be aware of if you have mobility issues.
Beautiful, clean home with amazing views. Within walking distance to both Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. We had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again.
Enjoyed our stay. Minor repairs need on unit but nice.

This place was perfect for our group. We spent so much time out on the balcony enjoying the views. Loved hearing the waves at night when it was time to go to sleep.

Great location with a great view. Wonderful to watch waves crashing on the rocks in the evenings and the dolphins swim by in the mornings. Great communication with property managers 👌

We had the perfect stay. Great condo with the perfect views. Watched dolphins and turtles everyday from our balcony. Koloa Kai management company was wonderful to work with and were in constant communication. I would recommend this condo and this company to anyone.
Walking distance to several of the best beaches. We love Poipu, and this condo was great for the two of us and our two almost adult children. Plenty of room, and wonderful so close to the waves. Well stocked, we cooked several meals here. The hosts were communicative and very responsive. Happy to recommend this place!

This property is EVERYTHING we hoped for and more. Amazing whale watching from the lanai and amazing views from the bedrooms. MA1310 was a hit with everyone in our group. The owners were VERY responsive to texts and emails and very helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 recommend! We will be back!
The view and location of this condo cannot be beat. The condo could use some updating and it was not the cleanest place we have stayed. However, we spent very little time inside the condo with the great outdoor view and activities.

Beautiful views from the wraparound lanai and all bedrooms. Condo had nice big rooms and Well stocked kitchen. The location was great in a nice neighborhood. Easy parking. Easy walking. Lots of stairs as it’s a 3-level condo but we didn’t mind as the views were spectacular. Perfect place for our girls getaway!
