Spacious 1600sq ft,2 king beds,2+ baths ,beautifully furnished. ALSO THE PROPERTY WILL BE FULLY AIR CONDITIONED STARTING NOVEMBER 23, 2024.

Located among the lush acreage of the Poipu Kai Resort and within a 5 minute walk of Brenneke's Beach and another few minutes along the ocean to Poipu Beach Park our spacious 1600 sq. ft. townhouse offers sweeping distant views of the ocean and mountains. The ocean view pool and the pickleball and tennis courts are literally 3 minutes away. The ground floor entry is right next to the covered parking for easy access. Upon entering you'll find 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer equipment . Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and the master has a portable air conditioner. There is a ground floor lanai with comfortable furniture that faces a huge grassy lawn suitable for tossing a Frisbee or playing catch and a nearby gas bar-b-que with a picnic table. The downstairs hall closet has lots of useful island equipment: boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, some snorkel gear and pool toys.
The upstairs has a spacious, bright living room with a large dining table and bar seating that faces the kitchen. There is a portable air conditioner upstairs. There is a sofa bed, and 3 window seats for napping. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dishes and cooking utensils you would find in your home including beach coolers. The upstairs also has a half bath and a lanai with a bar height table and chairs for enjoying the lovely view. The sunsets from the upper lanai are particularly wonderful. The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV, and there is a game cabinet with cards, board games and more. Our library includes books about the island and novels.
All in all, you will find this spacious, sunny townhouse the perfect launching pad for your exploration and enjoyment of beautiful Kauai as well as a welcoming, and comfortable place to watch the sunset after your Hawaiian day of fun and exploration.

My family of 5 had a great stay in Poipu. Awesome location with great view of the ocean from the top floor. Can walk to beaches, local restaurants, pickle/tennis courts, and the gorgeous coastal hike within minutes. Condo was comfortable and bigger than expected. Host was super helpful and responsive.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is beautiful, clean, and comfy with Hawaiian artwork decorated throughout. We loved this home so much this is my family second stay here. Plenty of room for us with two bedrooms and three bathrooms lots of areas to relax and chill. Great location Close to Poipu Beach. Community pools, tennis court and barbecue grills.

The place waa great, really enjoyed our stay, is bigger than it looks in the pictures, feels more like a house, it easily fit our family of five, the view from the house to the sea and sunset great, really short walk to the beach, and centrally located to go to different areas of Kauai, I would definitely stay again if I ever have the opportunity to come back to Kauai House is also well equipped with chairs and towels for a day in the beach.

Christmas vacation

This was home for my family if 5 over the holidays. This townhome is spacious and comfortable. The patio and lanai were great for relaxing in the evenings. The air conditioning was wonderful! The location is perfect for bouncing between endless walking paths, restaurants, the ocean, and swimming pools. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Incredible Place and Great Host

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful location in Poipu and the two-level unit was in great shape. The host was next level awesome. Easy to communicate with while we were there and when an issue rose, she jumped on it and resolved it as soon as she could. Highly recommend this location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo & Location

We had a great stay. The condo and grounds were clean. The location to the beach & pool were perfect. Beautiful view from the lanai. Books and games for the kids, didn’t really need the AC with windows open and fans. Walkable to multiple restaurants and sights.

Great condo, fabulous location

With pickle ball for the teens, pools for the toddler and, beaches for everyone within walking distance the location can't be beat. The condo is perfect for family to gather and socialize. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. While the condo was warm when we first walked in, as soon as we got the breeze blowing through the open windows it was lovely. Comfy accommodations as well.

Great Location!

This place is a short walking distance to the pools, beach, tennis courts and restaurants/bar. Our host was exceptional as she checked in with us wondering how our stay was. We were having issues with some of the beach equipment which she quickly had replaced for us. This townhouse is not only in a great location but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic !

One of the best condos we stayed at! Gail’s place was one of the most well equipped with not only kitchen amenities but beach and leisure amenities as well. Fabulous location with a short walk to the beach and shops, and great pool just steps away. Bbq right outside lanai, tennis courts just steps further. Check in process was super easy as well. We will return.

Ideal south Kauai home base

What a comfortable spot for a family! This unit is well equipped with everything you could want. We loved being able to walk to Poipu beach and swim/snorkel/explore. We played pickleball daily at the adjacent tennis club. We loved the gorgeous pool. We appreciated the beach supplies - chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. we would love to return!

This property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). The location was wonderful - walking distance to the beach, ocean views, lovely pool. But best of all is the owner - she is kind, receptive, and communicative. The house was well appointed with some wonderful touches to make for an easy and enjoyable stay (beach chairs, boogie boards. mini coolers etc.). We would come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Kaua’i Trip

The property itself was beautiful. There were blooming Bougainvillea and other flowers all around. There was plenty of parking, so I was always able to find a space right in front of the unit. It was a short walk to either of the pools I had access to or the beach. The beach is the main snorkeling beach and has sunning turtles and seals, which was amazing. The u it itself was very clean and could have easily fit eight people (I was there by myself). There were towels, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach which was very handy. The balcony was wonderful at night to sit and relax while listening to the waves or some live music at the nearby eatery. I would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Gail's home in Poipu. The house itself was very clean and well cared for. It is spacious and comfortable for a family. The kitchen is well stocked for those who choose to eat in. The attention to detail and notes throughout the house made it very inviting and easy to navigate. Gail was also very easy to communicate with and was very responsive if we had questions. You cannot beat the location! You are steps away from two pools and a few minutes from great beaches! The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay at Poipu Kauai

Me and my Wife had a wonderful time staying in Gail’s beautiful Condo. The location was fabulous with beaches and good restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean and the beach chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated (There was much more beach gear we didn’t use…boogie boards x2, cooler, and snorkel gear). The condo had two portable AC units 1 upstairs in the kitchen and living room area and one in the master bedroom. The furniture is exactly like you see in the photo’s; a little dated but clean and comfortable all the same. We had a 9pm flight home and Gail allowed us to checkout late which was a life saver before our 15 hour flight home…I will definitely look into renting this Condo again if I vacation in Kauai because it was perfect for me and my wife and would be perfect for a family as well.

We enjoyed our stay in Manualoha. Gail is great host and sent handyman right away we complained about upstairs tv. There were no problem with tv, it was just us not carefully reading instructions. Bedrooms are downstairs and much cooler than living room. However, we didn't have hot weather and fans did their job. Townhouse is spacious and well stocked except teapot needed to renew. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs and bag of sand toys are provided. That is so convenient. 3-5 minutes walk to poipu beach - it is a gem location if you have small kids. We spent a great time!

Almost perfect first trip to Kauai.

Our family was very happy with this condo. AMAZING location. We have two little kids and for us it was very important to be able to walk to the beach and pool. The beach was super clean with warm calm water and turtles :) The pool with the ocean view used reverse osmosis instead of chlorine, and we liked it a lot. To hang out there in the evenings was such a relaxing experience! The condo itself was very well organized and clean. The owner responded to my questions literally within the minutes. The only thing that I was not happy with was the A/C situation. One of the bedrooms had an A/C unit, but the rest of the condo was pretty hot. Local people said that the week we were in Kauai was abnormally hot, so maybe the absent of A/C is not such a big issue most of the time year around. But it was a big issue for us and for now we will not return unless the condo gets a proper A/C. We wouldn't even mind to pay more because the condo overall was great!

Perfect location!

Can’t beat the location of this place! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is lack of efficient air conditioning. No air conditioner in 2nd bedroom. One in-room portable unit in master bedroom was somewhat helpful in cooling the room at night and another in the living area upstairs which just didn’t cut the mustard. No air conditioner in 2nd bedroom which was hard to cool down d/t minimal airflow. One kid slept upstairs on window seat because it was cooler. Had I realized the condo had no central air con I probably wouldn’t have chosen to stay here since we were here in summertime, but once I got over myself and accepted it, we still had a wonderful time! Lots of fans available for use and boy, did we use them! Lanai with ocean view is lovely. Kalapaki Joe's has a fun happy hour and is super close. Condo is a great size and being so close to Brenneke and Poipu beaches was the best! Condo also had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. We also accidently locked ourselves out one night by failing to put correct key in lockbox and Gail responded immediately and the situation was fixed right away with the help of a kind neighbor. All in all, we had a great stay and Gail is a caring, responsive owner. I imagine this condo is absolutely perfect in cooler months!

You won’t want to leave!

We felt at home the moment we walked in. This unit is spacious, our family of 4 (kids 16 & 19) could spread out and have our own space after a day of togetherness. The bedrooms downstairs were quiet and the beds comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of different spices, oils and condiments were in the cupboard and fridge. Though that could change based on occupancy. The pools were nice, we preferred the one towards the ocean which we had to ourselves several times. It’s a 5 min walk to Poipu beach where you see turtles and monk seals sleeping in spots and the shallows are loaded with fish. Don’t miss snorkeling here- you will see more types fish within an arms lenght than on the boat snorkeling tours. Beach is perfect for small children. A 3 min walk further around the corner is a larger beach, fun to play in and swim and watch the surfers and the sunsets. Lots of beach equipment and towels provided. The upstairs lanai looks towards the ocean so it’s in the sun all afternoon gets hot, but it’s a lovely place to drink your morning coffee. The complex was ckean and well cared for and designed with privacy in mind. No one is looking at you while you are out on the lanai. You will need to run the AC units to cool things down as it gets a bit muggy hot by late in the day. But that’s why we are here, because it’s the tropics! Parking is shaded and within 50 ft of the door. We would definitely stay here again.
