Perfect stay for a couple

We had a great stay. The check in process was great and our host was very helpful in pointing out the features of the apartment. He also made himself available to us if we needed some help. The place was located in a great area, with only a short walk to restaurants, the train station, and other tourist locations.

Nice Upscale Residential area close to both well stocked supermarkets, and self serve launderymarts. Everything in kitchen areas clean & functioning well. Same with bathroom.10-15 min walk to beach, as well as to lots of restaurants and bakeries, butcherie, and Cafes with outdoor tables.Internet occationally out by provider, not apt server issue, but comes back quickly (mins, not hours) mostly.Over the Air Antenna works really well for all local broadcast stations 10 of them, so cover a great variety of News Sports, Movies etc.Great value for one person, or one couple (2 persons). eedefdforsery

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, spricht aber kaum englisch. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und der Strand wirklich in 10 min. Erreichbar. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet aber zum Teil sind Besteck und Geschirr in keinem guten Zustand. WLAN ist auch nur zeitweise vorhanden. Da das Wetter sehr gut war und man sich meist nur zum schlafen aufgehalten hat, kann man das Apartment empfehlen. Aber Achtung: das Bett ist nur 190 cm lang.

Franchement, nous avons passé un séjour magnifique ! L’annonce correspondait parfaitement à la réalité, et nous avons trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait pour être à l’aise. L’hôte a été très attentionné et nous a donné des explications claires et précises, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement est idéalement situé, dans le prolongement d’une grande avenue où sont implantés les plus grands commerces et le trajet pour la plage se fait à pied sans problème. Le propriétaire est très avenant et disponible Le logement très propre et tout le nécessaire est prévu. Vous n’avez rien à prévoir. De plus la cour avec les arbres est un endroit très agréable à vivre

Séjour à Nice

Les + : tram et commerces à deux pas, possibilité de prendre repas dans le jardin. Au calme. Accueil tardif possible. Le propriétaire a eu l'amabilité de nous permettre de laisser la valise dans le studio le dernier jour pour que nous puissions continuer nos visites. Les - : le logement et les accessoires n'étaient pas propres et la literie peu confortable.

Arrivée non ponctuelle, départ tardif et tout gratuit, en plus les clés du studio ont été laissées au mauvais endroit, néanmoins, je vous ai donné la note la plus élevée, malgré le fait que le studio n'a pas été laissé dans un état propre.

très pratique, bien agencé et confortable, pour une seule personne. Une petite touche de déco serait bienvenue car c'est un peu ''froid'' mais propriétaire très sympathique. La fenêtre sur le jardin est très agréable. Et un parking (payant) au bout de la rue, ce qui est appréciable car il n'y a aucune place dans le quartier.
