We have completely updated this home with all new kitchen & kitchen appliances, bathrooms, furniture, etc. Everything is brand new. This home is immaculate! We have owned and rented another home in Wild Dunes since 2008 but decided to upsize to this home and have upgraded this home with everything we wished our previous home had to make our guest's stay a perfect vacation!

6 Person golf cart is available for guests to use. This will make your vacation perfect!

Great location- only 125 yards to beach. Beautifully decorated home in the highly desired community of Wild Dunes. Home is set up to allow for the perfect vacation whether your group is all adults or families!

Location: Our home is just 125 yards to the beach so getting back & forth to the beach is a breeze. We also have a beach wagon to carry all your beach things.

Home is centrally located and only a very short walk to all the activities of the Wild Dunes Pavilion, tennis center, golf, etc. Our home is located in a quaint cul-de-sac that is perfect for playing, riding bikes, etc.

Whether you are with your family or a group of friends, this is the perfect vacation home in Wild Dunes- in addition to all the amenities inside, you can enjoy the screened back porch that overlooks the backyard and fire pit (gas powered) for relaxing in the evenings. (Weber grill provided), rock on the front porch that overlooks the quiet cul-de-sac, and enjoy the flex space in the expansive 3 car garage and back driveway.

We want your vacation to be a great memory and we have made every amenity available to help with this!

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are equipped with high quality linens and all the comforts of home- Smart TV in each room, bedside tables, dressers, lamps,, etc. Master bedroom is located on main floor with a king bed and handicap accessible shower. There is also another half bath on the main level. The 4 other bedrooms are upstairs with the following beds: 2 rooms with king beds, 1 room with queen bed and the last room has 2 sets of bunk beds. A packnplay and booster chair are also provided.

Kitchen & dining:
Kitchen is totally redone w new cabinets, all new appliances and is equipped with all the cookware & dining ware needed for the most elaborate meals. The 8 foot x 5 foot island is perfect for preparing a feast or just for everyone to congregate. Dining room table seats 8.

Home is child friendly. The following items are provided for you to use as needed: high chair, pack-n-play crib, and two child gates.

Location:
Located just a 20 minute drive from historic Charleston, there are countless sites to see, places to shop, and great dining. Within 5 miles there are over 15 restaurants, 7 golf courses, 3 marinas and several parks. If you don't feel like leaving Wild Dunes, there are daily activities for both children and adults: Wild Dunes Resort is known for its two championship resort golf courses, its beautiful beaches, great tennis, and laid back lifestyle. Wild Dunes is a gated community with 24 hr. security patrol.

The house is great for a family. The elevator was perfect for our elderly family members. It’s close to the beach, beautiful, updated, with plenty of games and beach chairs. We had a great stay there.

Family Time @ IOP

We had a fabulous family getaway in a great home at an even better location. The house was perfect for 4 couples and one young child. David(Prop Mgr) was both very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend a stay here.

We had 3 couples who have known each other for 40 years (yes we’re old) stay here. We had a great visit. A few beach days, good restaurants, and a day at COCO tennis. The accommodations were perfect. Lots to do…games, ping pong, corn hole, basketball, pickle ball…Will likely come again.

The location of this property was in the Wild Dunes Community. The home was as listed - beautiful, clean and location to the beach was as listed - about 125 yards from the beach. We used the golf cart that was included to view the entire community and all the amenities - 3 pools, restaurants, beach. We didn't have time to use the racquet club/courts or bike rental but they were available. Next time we come, we need to stay longer!

This house is stunningly decorated and the perfect size for our 4 adult children and granddaughter. The owner has thought of including everything from the kitchen to outdoor activities, the golf cart and trips to the beach. Outstanding Isle of Palm vacation home!

This newly renovated home is the perfect layout for family gatherings! The kitchen is very well equipped, we thought we were in our own house! All bedrooms and common areas beautifully furnished. The basement and game room were a big hit! As well as the golf cart, which we drove everywhere. Would love to come back to this property in the future!

Great family house in IOP!

David was a super efficient and helpful communicator. We booked last minute and had a great escape to the beach to hang with our kids and some friends in the area. Big house, wonderful layout. Bed comfortable, stocked with everything you need. Kids loved the b-ball hoop and golf cart. Thanks again!

Amazing Stay

It was springbreak and the weather didnt cooperate but the house had EVERYTHING we needed. The golfcart was A+ with the kids. The elevator was a lifesaver for my elderly grandmother who uses a walker. Also, love love that she didnt have to traverse any stairs at all...not even when we arrived. We are definitely coming back!

Fantastic!!

Family gathering 3 couples and little ones age 14mos, 15 mos and 4yrs. We all had the best time and really loved our stay. The use of the golf cart addrd so much fun to our stay riding to get coffee or ice cream, to pool & beach. Marina was awesome for lunch! We had so much fun we honestly never left the property.. everything we needed was there. We did online order at Harris Teeter for griceries and grabbed them on the way. Super relaxing and so fun

Perfect getaway for family

If you are looking for a place to take family this is the place to be. We loved most of the rooms had bathrooms. The home is in walking distance to the beach. Loved they had a large golf cart and cart to pull the beach toys. Lots of lounge chairs. Home was quiet with lots of things for the kids to do. We had 4 grandkids that were 6 and 8 years of age, They had a blast. Plenty of room for the adults to sit and talk. Would recommend this home. The owners are amazing to work with also.

Lovely home

This is the nicest beach house we have ever rented. The home was well laid out, fully equiped kitchen, had lots of towels, paper products for the beach, fun activities in the garage and the elevator made moving our suitcases very easy. Golfcart and beach cart a real plus. Very relaxing home. We had a 9 month old and the high chair/booster seat, gates, and pack n play were so helpful. We loved the shower in the master bath so much that now we want one just like it!

Wonderful Experience! Will Definitely Return!

The house is exactly as described - large gathering spaces for family and friends both indoors as well as on multiple balconies and a great outside play and relaxing area out back. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked, and having two master bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms was a nice plus. Great for young chiildren as host provided a pack and play, booster seats and stair gates. Location in Wild Dunes is excellent and only a short walk to the beach and a short golf cart ride to the main pavillion area which includes restaurants, bars and a pool area. The golf cart was also a wonderful plus and a hit with all the kids and adults alike. The host (David) was great to work with as we had to make a few date changes due to children conflicts, and he was very accomodating and responsive helping us to work out the final booking dates. We would not hesitate to stay in IOP and this house in particular for many more vacations. A++++

Fantastic Beach House

Our family has stayed in Wild Dunes for the past 7 years and this home is hands down the best beach house. From the location, the layout/space of the home to the amenities the home offers, it's fantastic. The home included a golf cart and an elevator which was a huge bonus! The owner is extremely nice and responsive when we had a few questions upon our arrival. Overall, this home is beautifully decorated, spacious and well maintained - with lots of areas for everyone to have their own little corner. Such a great stay that we are already looking to book it next year! Thanks again!

Great place to stay in IOP!

You will love this house for your IOP vacation! The house is beautiful, and the location is great! The house is well stocked with the essentials; pots/pans/coffee makers/utensils, soap, and TP :), beach chairs, etc. The screened porches are so nice to sit, relax, and enjoy. It's a short walk to the beach which is a less crowded section of the beach- hooray! The garage/game room was a favorite - Galaga tournaments each night. And Dave (the owner) is so nice and responsive, responding to our questions before we even booked our stay. We would definitely stay in this house again!! Thank you, Dave
