Isle of Palms Steps from the Beach, Great Family Location

Home is just steps from the beach and pool. Great location for families. Kitchen has granite countertops and island. Jenn-Air appliances with stainless refrigerator, flat stove top with downdraft and oven, Sharp drawer microwave and Bosch dishwasher. Flat screen TV's with cable in every bedroom, 46' Samsung flat screen in family room.

Bathrooms remodeled and updated, hardwoods in kitchen, dining room and family room, carpeting everywhere else.

Home is 250 steps from beach with both public and private accesses.

We supply 8 sets of towels and linens for each bed. We do supply beach towels however not beach chairs.

Please Note: summer rental week is for arrival after 4:00 Sunday and departure by 10:00 AM the following Sunday.

This house was perfect for our family. The living room had plenty of room for everyone to sit (we had 8 people). We loved the area under the house with the picnic tables and outside shower. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a Fall break getaway to relax! Our host was very helpful and communicative! We had everything we needed. I love when we stay at a home that has great starter items like coffee, trash bags, and detergent! This home was well equipped, clean, and spacious! Also, there was a great supply of books, puzzles, and some games that our family enjoyed! We did not use the pool because of weather but it was very convenient and I am sure useful in the hot summer! We would definitely return!

Nothing negative. House nicely furnished, all in good condition and decorated with color appropriate lines. Kitchen full of everything needed/ wanted to use for cooking, and permission to use leftover condiments was nice. Everything worked- TVs, door code, refrigerator,stove- even some ice still left…We were very happy with the house.

Great Family Vacation

From the moment you enter this beautiful home with soothing sounds playing you know it's going to be a great vacation. There were nine of us and we had plenty of room. The proximity to beach and pool was perfect for the grandchildren and adults alike. The kitchen provides everything you need and with one of us having allergies we did alot of cooking so it was perfect. Hope to be back someday!
