House 4 people 700 m beach

Single storey house with 500m2 garden. Including a living room with kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker). a bathroom (washing machine) separate toilet. A room 160 bed and bedroom 2 beds 90. A lounge with TV and integrated DVD player. Outdoor seating and parking. House located 700 meters from the beach, 500 meters from a hypermarket. No wifi on site, but free at the tourist office located 500 m.
There is no possibility to have foreign TV channels
A deposit of 250 euros will be required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of stay if no damage is found

Conforme à l'annonce. Très grand, beaucoup d'espace, bien aménagé, propre, agréable. Bon endroit avec des enfants, ils ont où bouger ! Seul point noir : pas de wifi ! Il faut se rendre au centre ville ou sur la plage pour avoir ses messages. Hôtesse très accueillante. Merci.

Superbe séjour en Vendée

Maison très agréable, tout à la fois au calme et à proximité immédiate (quelques centaines de mètres) des commerces et activités diverses (plage, marché, spectacles proposés certains soir). Une piste cyclable passe devant la maison, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.
