Completely renovated house, decorated with care, just completed located at the end of a tree-lined driveway. Exceptional location with nearby shops (bakery, fishmonger, fruit and vegetables, butcher, supermarket).
Green surroundings, large wooden terrace equipped with a table, garden chairs and deckchairs. Landscaped garden.
Easy parking outside.
Large living room of 30m2 with new well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, furniture is new.
2 bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe, one with 1 90 cm bed and two bunk beds, closet and chest of drawers.
1 bathroom with shower and WC - 1 other independent WC.
Barbecue - Parasol - Table tennis table
This just renovated house (new condition) will only be rented to couples or families.
SMALL ANIMALS (wise) ACCEPTED
Miscellaneous: non smoking rental - No disabled access.
Note: this house has a mezzanine with 2 beds, reserved for owners. Possibly accessible for a rental of two couples without children (except July / August).

Nice House in wonderful surrounding

We enjoyed our week in this lovely House with our two children. The next beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Also the bakery and supermarket are very close.

Un très bel endroit même sous la pluie

Une charmante petite maison bien équipée, avec une situation idéale au calme au Moulleau, la plage et les commerces tous proches et surtout une place de parking, ce qui est fort utile notamment l'été.Nous reviendrons.

Très bon emplacement

Maison très agréable et bien placée près des commerces, restaurant et de la plage. Joliment décorée, l’intérieur est agencé efficacement et l extérieur à une taille parfaite. La maison est bien équipée, il ne manque rien.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Ein sehr gepflegtes Objekt, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Alles neu und von guter Qualität. Sehr ruhige Lage, unweit vom Strand. Einkaufen in der Nähe möglich. Restaurants und Bars in Richtung Strand. Wir konnten unseren kleinen Hund mitbringen...die Umgebung ist sehr hundegeeignet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est agréable avec tout le confort et l’équipement nécessaire, conforme à la description. La localisation est parfaite, plage et centre du Moulleau à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Très bon contact avant et pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis lors de ce séjour. La maison est propre et très bien équipée. Elle est très bien située, proche de la plage et des commerces tout en restant au calme.

Superbe Région

Nous avons apprécié, le tout, la maison est bien située à 300 m de la plage, ainsi nous avons fait le tour en bateau 2h, magnifique, avec vue sur Le Cap Ferret, la Dune du Pylat, les cabanes Tchanquées. Nous avons degusté les Huîtres à Gujan... Vue sur les Pinasses, et la queue de 🐳 Nous avons fait le tour jusqu'à la pointe du cap en 🚗, énormément de rond-point et dos d'âne, du coup on comprend mieux le GPS qui indique 2 h pour faire la route pour 50km environ. Nous avons déjeuner chez Hortense. Au Moulleau nous avons déjeuner deux fois au Cap, moules et paella, top, très bon resto, personnel super et la vue.... pfff magnifique ! La 🏠 était propre, et très joliment décoré, Merci aux propriétaires ! Aucun problème rencontré, nous avons vu l'écureuil qui montait sur le pin, petite attraction particulière dès le second jour. Si comme nous vous savez profitez de la vie, nous vous invitons à y aller.... vous comprendrez.... Encore MERCI Anne & Céline S et 🐶

Points forts/points faibles

Emplacement idéal, à proximité de la plage, du centre du Moulleau et des commerces Dommage qu’un grand ménage n’ait pas été fait avant le début de la saison des locations, au moins pour sortir les toiles d’araignées, et que la grille du barbecue n’ait pas été changée (en l’etat, le barbecue est inutilisable)

Petite maison avec un emplacement idéal

Charmante petite maison, avec un emplacement idéal pour point de départ de toutes les visites du bassin d'Arcachon. Egalement à proximité de la plage, de restaurants et de petits commerces de proximité (tous accessibles à pied ou en vélo). La mise à disposition de vélos serait un vrai plus !

Very comfortable and really nice stay & close to the beach

A very nice, comfortable and fully equipped house with all we needed in place and with also quiet neighbarhood. It was ideal for our family with two little kids as also a garden area with ping pong table can be used (also quick internet connectivity included) - and just a 5 mins walk to the really nice large sandy beach with calm water to enjoy everday the nice sun set - bakery and some more shops also just some minutes walk distance away.
