The condo was well-stocked and decorated nicely. We loved being in an end-unit on the 14th floor— you cannot beat the view! The owner was very communicative and responsive and we had a fantastic week. We will be back!

Home Away From Home!!!

Summerwind West 1404 is our favorite property! We have stayed there for years, and have always had a great time and a comfortable, relaxing vacation! We’re already looking forward to our next trip there!

Was very clean and convenient to stay at property & walk to restaurants-wrap around balcony was a plus-owners were helpful and quickly responded when asked questions-kitchen was well stocked and organized-all bedrooms had bathrooms which worked perfectly for our family-would definitely stay again!

Great trip!

Highly recommend this condo! The view is amazing and the balcony allows you to take in the the sunset views over the bay along with beach views. The condo was very clean and communication with the owner was prompt and easy. My family would definitely stay again!

Beautiful views! Fantastic condo!

Loved our stay in Navarre! This condo was very clean - which is extremely important to me. Lots of cupboard space & big kitchen. The views are incredible as well! The owners were kind and quick to response. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful views!

Cute, comfortable condo with amazing views and a wrap-a-round balcony. It was perfect for my family if 6. Elevators were fast and there is a convenient store/gift shop on the first floor. I highly recommend renting this condo!

This was our 2nd year staying at this exact condo. We love the wrap around balcony. Debbie is excellent to communicate with. The condo is beautiful and functional. We love Summerwind! The proximity to the pier is perfect. We had a great week and will be booking again!

We absolutely loved this condo!!! The facility was quiet, everyone was friendly, the elevators were quiet, which is typically not the case at the beach. The rooms and condo were very nice and clean.The host responded promptly and was very polite and professional. Parking was not an issue and the restaurants were reasonable in prices. We spent all of our spare time walking to the pier and fishing which was absolutely amazing! If you are tired of crowded beaches and the same old tourist stuff this is definitely the place to stay. You feel much more like a local and we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Great beach rental!

Good place. Some furniture is getting a little old and may need replacing before long. We are repeat renters and appreciate the beautiful view and pier accessibility. Could use a lamp in living room. See you again soon!

Navarra Beach get away

Very nice condo. Views of the ocean was amazing. Its near the pier with the lights at night its spectacular. Tv in every room. All the convenients of home. Either eat in or go out. The ocean is crystal clear and everyone is very friendly!! Will be visiting soon

We were blown away by the size of the condo....pictures do not do the open concept floorplan justice....views out of every window.....and the master was so spacious....loved the artwork!!!

1st time to Navarre Beach but our annual Florida vacay

Property was all that was described. Enjoyed the view. Big corner condo. Washer and dryer was a big plus. All appliances worked. Beds were comfy. Slept 8 people comfortably. No negative review about the condo but the property did have 2 of the 2 elevators broken which was time consuming at the peak hours of the day and the seaweed in front of the property was pretty bad so we may plan the trip earlier in the season next time.

I"m glad you enjoyed staying at our condo. The new elevators are currently being installed and there may be some adjustments. Hopefully the one working elevator was up and running in short time. One new elevator has been installed and the other one is in progress.

maintenance

door knobs loose and came off tub leaked in master bedroom screws came out of some of the chairs and bedrooms really hot.

If I had been told that there were maintenance issues, I would have sent maintenance in to make repairs. They can't possibly catch every little thing when they are only in there a short period of time. I guess the beach, the views, the fabulous condo, and the great location didn't make up for the minor maintenance issues?

Made it right

When we got to the condo, we found a leak coming from one of the showers so we had to Shut the water off to the condo until it could be fixed. The plumber came out and fixed it but not until we were forced to turn on and off the water for four days. The owner took responsibility and gave us a partial refund on our stay. She was very respectful and helpful getting the plumber there ASAP
