ALL HANDS ON DECK at Seaside Beach is a spacious home located close to town and to the beach. This home has amenities to meet the needs of adults and children alike. Hardwood floors and a stone fireplace give the main floor living area a classic touch. This roomy family gathering place has a leather couch and love seat with a large ottoman to relax on while watching the fire glowing and talking with friends and loved ones, plus another love seat for added comfort. The large open kitchen and dining area adjoin the living room and the cook in your group will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and the island bar with 3 chairs for chatting while preparing meals. Also notable are the granite tile counter-tops in the kitchen and a large pantry to keep supplies for cooking. The 1st floor also has a queen bedroom with bath and shower and a double sink with tiled counter-tops as well as a TV for private viewing. Another bathroom with shower and the laundry room give the first floor a practical air, as well as the 2-car garage with full size pool table. Carpeted stairs lead to the 2nd floor living area where the kids can play Foosball while the adults lounge on the large side deck and enjoy the ocean view. A futon is available in this room as well as another bathroom with a tub and shower. The 2nd floor also has a queen bedroom with a TV and VCR, and an additional bedroom room with 2 twin beds, and a twin with a twin trundle. The entire 3rd floor is devoted to the Master Suite where a king bed and a wall mounted flat screen TV ensure relaxation along with a gas fireplace. The Master Suite has its own balcony with an ocean view and a large bathroom with over-sized soaking tub and a walk-in shower as well as double sinks, and stone tile floors and counter-tops. This home is set up with beds for ten people and temporary sleeping for two additional children if you choose to add that option, a port-a-crib is available for your use if you so desire. A stone tiled patio with a picnic table is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue (May - Sept). There is adequate parking for four vehicles. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.
