Welcome to Carpenters’ Cove, your home away from home in beautiful Seaside, Oregon! This comfortable 3-bedroom beach house is designed for easygoing coastal getaways filled with fresh ocean air, sandy toes, relaxing evenings, and time together.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the front porch, enjoying the quiet coastal air before heading out for the day. When you’re ready for the beach, you’re less than a five-minute walk from the ocean and the boulevard.

Load up the utility cart with everything you need for a day by the water—beach chairs, sand toys and shovels for the kids, firewood, and even the ingredients for s’mores—and make the short walk to the beach. Spend the afternoon building sandcastles, walking along the shoreline, exploring the Promenade, or simply settling into a beach chair and listening to the waves. When beach fires are permitted, bring the provided firewood along and end your beach day gathered around a cozy campfire with s’mores as the sun goes down.

Back at the house, you’ll find comfortable, inviting spaces made for spending time together. Share a meal, play games, curl up with a good book, or relax after a full day of exploring Seaside. With three bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

We’ve called the Pacific Northwest home for most of our lives and love spending time outdoors—hiking, kayaking, exploring the coast, and, of course, taking our German Shepherd to the beach.

We’ve been hosting on Vrbo for more than 10 years and really enjoy sharing places that are special to us with others. Our Seaside home is one of those places, and we hope it gives guests the chance to slow down, breathe in the ocean air, enjoy a little beach time, and make some great memories along the way.

For us, the best trips are the ones that feel easy, comfortable, and a little like home—and that’s exactly what we hope to create for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because we wanted a Seaside home where the beach could truly be part of the experience. Being just a short walk from the boardwalk and ocean means you can start the morning with a stroll along the shore, spend the afternoon playing on the beach, or head back out in the evening to watch the sunset—all without getting in the car.

We also love that the neighborhood feels relaxed and coastal while still being close to Seaside’s shops, restaurants, and activities. It gives us the best of both worlds: easy access to everything and a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the day.

What makes this property unique

What makes our Seaside home special is the combination of location, comfort, and space to truly relax. The beach and boardwalk are less than a five-minute walk away, so it’s easy to enjoy everything from morning walks along the ocean to sunset evenings by the shore.

The home is designed with families and groups in mind, with three comfortable bedrooms, inviting indoor spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room to spend time together. Outside, guests can enjoy a fenced yard, propane fire pit, and lots of seating—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

We’ve also tried to include the little things that make a stay easier and more enjoyable, including a washer and dryer, streaming TVs, a separate space for kids to watch movies or play games, and a Pack ’n Play for families traveling with little ones.

Our goal is for the home to feel less like a rental and more like a comfortable beach getaway where guests can settle in, relax, and make lasting memories.
