About this property

On the D-Day beaches: a cozy home and a lovely garden

warm and sunny home.
On the ground floor are a living room with fireplace (living, dining and kitchen) opened on the terrace. An office serving room with a new sofa, laundry, toilet, bathroom with tub.
2 bedrooms upstairs: one with a bed of 140cm, the second with a bed of 1 pers.
a bathroom with large shower cubicle (+ wc),
 You will find everything you need (living room, sunbathing, barbecue) to enjoy the 800m² garden, the terrace and the large trampoline.
2 parking spaces
We only rent our house during the summer week, from Saturday to Saturday. If the stay is longer the arrival dates may be more flexible.

Pas la hauteur de l'annonce.

La maison est bien placée et le jardin est agréable. Mais l'accueil par le service de conciergerie est vraiment médiocre: pas de visite de la maison ni d'état des lieux. Le ménage, assuré par une société, n'avait pas été fait, et n'avait été contrôlé par la conciergerie. Il y a aussi un manque d'entretien du logement : ampoules hors-services pas remplacées, robinet entartré, aspirateur avec câble dénudé. Pas de sèche cheveux, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. Certaines pièces de la maison sont encombrées par les affaires des propriétaires. Cette maison a un beau potentiel, mais n'est pas vraiment mise en valeur: manque d'organisation et de rangement, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler, finitions pas terminées dans certaines pièces... bref séjour décevant.
