The space

This "Ibiza-style" modern villa is well appointed with all what you would expect in a luxury villa and more! Smart home features include Alexa Virtual Concierge and August Smart Lock that you use to unlock your front door with your smart phone (a traditional key can also be used). You also are provided with a smart phone (with local minutes and limited data included) on arrival. If you are a "yachtie" contact us ahead of time to discuss use of the the dock (additional charges apply).

Enjoy full access to ALL features of your private villa in Rodney Bay while also enjoying "resort life" with access to our sister properties Bay Gardens Beach Resort, Bay Gardens Hotel, Bay Gardens Inn and Bay Gardens Marina Haven. Bay Gardens Beach Club is located at Bay Gardens Beach Resort and you will enjoy free access to the Beach Resort s facilities including complementary beach lounge chairs, passes to Splash Island Water Park (the only obstacle course style inflatable Wibit sports park in the Caribbean located at a hotel), non motorized watersports, activities, fitness center, Coral Kidz Club and more. Bay Gardens Beach Resort is just a 5 minute walk away with regular shuttle service provided to the Beach Resort as well as the other sister properties. You can also make use of the spa, restaurants & motorized watersports and more (additional charges apply).

Other things to note

A private cook is available. Guests can purchase an all inclusive plan at a cost of $144 US per night per person which allows them to get all meals and drinks at our sister properties at Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Bay Gardens Hotel (premium items included). The all inclusive plan also includes daily spa treatments. Of course you can always pay for these on the go if you opt not to partake in the all inclusive plan as the restaurants are open to all! The restaurants at Bay Gardens Beach Resort are Hi Tide Restaurant and Seagrapes Beach Bar and at Bay Gardens Hotel we have Spices Restaurant (see the Guidebook for more information)
