Known locally for its unique blue exterior, this home was optimized with guest comfort in mind. Three primary bedrooms have King size beds, the smaller downstairs bedroom features a cozy full size bed and the game room offers two twins, giving the house a total occupancy of 10! Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for maximum privacy. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and luxury soaking tub for 1. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a spacious bath with its own walk-in shower!

The full sized kitchen features a large stainless steel fridge, a full sized stove, and a custom farmhouse sink! There is enough seating for the whole family, with a breakfast bar, kitchen island, and a full size dining table. The open concept living area has vaulted ceilings with custom skylights and designer chandelier, and the fireplace adds a warm, homey touch to the entire space.

In addition, the outdoor space is an entertainer's dream. The full size pool is coupled with a luxurious built-in hot tub, perfect for relaxing. There is a full size dining table in the attached screen porch, while the fully-fenced backyard space also features a ping-pong table, BBQ grill, pool loungers, and another outdoor dining area!

We had a Wonderful Girl’s Get Away here at the Wasser Haus! Everyone had their own comfortable bed for great sleep to head out for adventures riding the Trolley and learning interesting stories about Fredricksburg, going to wineries and of course shopping and eating!
