Relax, enjoy and have fun in this newly-renovated Beachwalk Villa in Shipyard Plantation. Beachwalk is the closest complex in Shipyard to the beautiful beach of Hilton Head. An 8 minute walk, and you are there. Or you may want to unwind at the Beachwalk complex swimming pool just steps away.

This fully furnished, two bedroom, two-bath condo/villa is bright, spacious, and airy. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom two single beds. It comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 roll-away beds. Enjoy the outdoors on the sunny wrap-around deck.

Shipyard Plantation is a serene, picturesque, and exclusive community far from the maddening crowds. The sandy, white beach is wide and expansive. Family oriented. Tennis is available just across the way at the world-famous Van Der Meer Tennis facility. 27 holes of championship golf onsite with other courses nearby. Shipyard and the Island offer infinite recreational options, including biking and walking paths, fishing, numerous beach activities, shopping, dining out and seasonal festivals.

Day tripping is plentiful; don't miss an excursion to the charming, 'low country' cities of Savannah (40 minutes), Charleston (2 hours), or Beaufort (30 minutes). The island offers an abundance of shopping options, including wonderful shops, factory outlets and malls.

Perfect spot for beach and pool!

Very well equipped condo! Great two bath, two bedroom space with well equipped kitchen. Beach locker was awesome! Would stay here again for sure!

Nice condo at a good price. Close to the beach. The beach locker is very handy to have. This was our second one month stay(2023 & 2025). We would have stayed again next year but the unit is adults only. Next year we will have a week visit from family that has a baby.

The property was clean and comfortable. Had everything you would need for your stay. Only complaint the lack of a hand rail on the upper part of the stairs and the stairs needed some maintenance attention.

A go-to spot near the beach

We are overall very satisfied with our stay at this property. So much so that after one week we booked it again for next year. It is aged but functional. It would be nice if some minor details get fixed, but they were not bad enough to keep us from enjoying our stay and booking for next year. The proximity to the beach and the storage unit right at the beach are big plusses.

Week long stay

Nice property overall. Showing its age a bit. Easy walk to the beach. Nice having a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and easy parking. Check in was easy, and having a keyless entry was very convenient. Pool near the condo was not heated, but tolerable. Easy walk to the Sonesta hotel where I had a conference. Added bonus with having beach chairs at the locker was huge!

Nice Condo with Great Location

This is a nice, clean second floor condo and perfect with plenty of room for a family of 4! The location in Shipyard is perfect and very close to beach access. We rented bikes that were kept nearby the condo, and we rode them everyday to the beach in a few minutes. Lots of bike/walking paths nearby to enjoy. Restaurants and shops within easy driving distance. The beach locker is a nice bonus, although it is already full of chairs, etc, so we just rearranged things to add our own chairs and umbrellas. Daniela, the hostess, was very quick and thoughtful in her communications. Overall, it was a great condo, and we would recommend it!

Clean Comfortable Condo Near the Beach

We would absolutely stay here again. Location was convenient, we could get to the beach in 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bike (though a beach parking pass was provided as well.) Condo is clearly loved and not brand new but well maintained. Everything we needed was there. The convenience of the beach locker was great for storing our chairs (though some were provided in the locker as well.) Loved how well the wood blinds allowed for sleeping in, and the A/C stayed nice and cool. Great rental!

Wonderful!

We loved every minute of our stay! We could easily walk to the beach and the pool was nearby. Beachwalk are the closest condos you can get to the beach across in Shipyard, so it is our favorite place to stay. Daniela’s condo was clean, cute and comfortable. There were tons of books to read and everything you need to stay in and cook if you choose to. The king size and two twin beds were comfortable and there are also two additional foldaway beds and a fold out twin bed in the small couch in the bedroom- ample room for a large family if needed. If you are wondering if you should book here- you should!

My husband and I stayed for a full month and had a great time. I felt the unit was a good value for the price. Pros: The kitchen is well stocked. The unit is a nice size. The furniture is nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The complex is very close to the beach. There is a beach locker which was awesome as you didn’t have to bring chairs and umbrellas back and forth every day. The complex is quiet and the neighbors very friendly. Cons: The shower doors in the second bath are old and don’t slide easily but it did not cause us a problem. The deck railing is in need of a painting. We have booked again for next October and are looking forward to returning.

Very comfortable place

The property was well-represented by the pictures. It is located on the second floor, but we didn't sit on the balcony b/c it was too warm over Labor Day. Kitchen is well-equipped; remember to bring your own seasonings and paper products for the kitchen. There were only 3 of us enjoying a "girls weekend" and there was plenty of room for us. There are books, puzzles, and a few games. The beach is a short, easy walk away, and the owners offered a locker with beach chairs and umbrella, but we didn't use them. Brianna was on-the-spot answering our questions. The location is terrific - we were no more than 15 minutes away from our destinations. Recommend a side trip to Bluffton (<30 minutes) where the thrift shops are awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is a comfortable one level unit upstairs. Very quiet. It was nice to walk or drive to the nearby beach parking and use the locker at the beach for chairs and toys. The only thing missing was beach towels. We would enjoy returning!!

Just a suggestion

It would be nice to upgrade your showers so they are easily accessible for the elderly and handicap. The place was warm and inviting. Will travel here again soon. Spacious and we felt safe and secure. Maybe a added inside bolt as a second added security option.

Beachwalk is fabulous.

Daniela is a superb host, always helping when asked and timely in her response. The property's location is perfect for biking; minutes drive to restaurants; and, most important to my wife and me, within walking distance to the beach and pool.
